This is the first time ordering from this place and probably the last. We went probably about 11:30ish for a to go order and it was starting to get busy for lunch so didn't mind the wait. I ordered the chicken Philly and with all the complaining coming from the back, I wasn't sure how our order would turn out. The person on the grill kept complaining that it was busy, well you are a sandwich shop and it is lunch time!! When our order finally came out, we took it home and sure enough, I got the wrong order, got a Philly steak instead of chicken but I think that was the mistake of the person taking my order! However the sandwich was good but not sure if I'll go back.
LOVED the food, atmosphere, staff was so friendly and super chill! They were very considerate and caring of their customers. I would highly recommend this place and will be coming from now on!
The food here is always awesome. Our sandwiches were perfect, exactly as hoped. Only reason not 5 stars was the utter chaos between the front and back workers. Nobody knew what sandwiches were made, or who took what, and there was lots of strongly voiced tension and opinions being shared with the whole restaurant. I strongly recommend the Cappistrami, and the meatballs.
The Wagyu Cheese Steak is amazing from snake river farms. It has so much flavor. You can't go wrong with the Capastrami or the turkey subs either.
Placed order at 445 for a later pickup at 745 ordered 2 hot sandwiches arrived a bit early by 15 minutes went in to shop and order was already completed asked if the sandwiches were still hot because clearly they were not but was assured they were. Drove home which is less than a mile away to find that the sandwiches were completely cold and soggy as though they were made when order was placed . Called shop and was told we are going to close and that it was “too bad” that they couldn’t do anything for me and that I could “warm them back up”So that’s what you possibly could expect ordering pickup from this location.. not saying it will but sharing my experience!
I was disappointed at how dirty it was in the restaurant and the restroom. The people working in there were not wearing masks. Sad because I always loved their food. I spent $50 but unlikely that I will spend anymore money there.
Cheesesteak is my favorite! The Bobbie might taste better warm with the cold cranberry sauce…I’m trying it warm next if possible!!!
The best sandwich shop. The bobbie is a turkey day dinner on a roll, a must try. Cheese steaks are also good.
I have not been to this sandwich shop before, probably won’t be back. See picture. Opened my TINY 7 dollar sandwich that looked like this. Couldn’t put the tomato ON the sandwich, but just slapped a whole slice on the top and wrapped it up. Phones we’re down so they couldn’t do curbside either. Firehouse is pretty close by, think I’ll stick with them.
3 strikes and you’re out, Capriotti’s!I will not waste another dime on a company that obviously has the ingredients to make a classic Italian hoagie but lacks the personnel to make it happen.
