Recently, I had to adjust my diet and start eating more proteins and fish has become my new go-to meal. I was incredibly impressed with how tasty their sea bass was and cannot wait to go in to try other types. I highly recommend this place
Went to California Fish Grill in Culver City but they did NOT have any fish-n-chips! A fish restaurant with no fish! ?
They have a variety of things to choose from but for my first time eating there I went with the fish and chips, they give you three nice pieces on top of your fries. If I'm being honest the batter on the fish has know flavor and maybe that's for people who either can't have salt or just don't like seasonings but I myself have to have flavor to my food and the fish was fried hard witch is good but it would be awesome if it taste like something, but hey that's my taste buds go try it for yourself and let me know how you feel about it...
Dynamite shrimp bowl is great. Good level of spice. I’m not a fan of plain white rice so I subbed mixed greens instead. Couple other options for subs, like cauliflower rice, ancient grains, etc. Will be back to try the fish. Lots of varieties. They were out of sea bass though, which is the most popular.
1st time, Ordered catfish and fries. The fries were soft. The catfish would of been better if cooked a little longer. Pricey for 1 piece of fish. I won’t be going back.
The food at the California fish grill is fantastic the service was very friendly I would recommend anyone who loves fish Along with other foods to go and eat there. The manager was so kind. ?
Tried this spot out for the first time and wow. I loved the variety of protein and side options. I don't think you can go wrong as far as what you order. I had the Ahi tuna (seared rare) with white rice and sweet potato fries. They give such a generous portion of meat, I couldn't believe that. Everything was cooked to perfection! Definitely going back.
Great! Although we had fried fish they also have grilled which I will be trying the next time! Everything was delicious! And the gal who helped us was very patient with us since it was our first visit. ?
Is similar to Rubio’s costal grill but a different menu and better portions. Menu is large and it looks like they try to have something for everyone with certain preferences or diets. I will definitely be back. Here you see two adult plates and two kids meals. Price is decent.
This place gave me a complimentary taco with excellent customer service and presentation of food! This is now on the map as one of my favorite restaurants for a nice date night or family function. Very satisfied
