Great burger and fries, we'll definitely be back. I had the CEO and fries urban style, wife had the breakfast burger and plain fries. One small fry would have been plenty for both of us.
We love BurgerFi! Fresh burgers and fries every time we go. Arguably the best burger we have had in Arizona! The food is always delicious, the restaurant is always spotless and clean! I also love how they have hand sanitizers in the restaurant. BurgerFi is fast and friendly service! Go eat there you will be satisfied!
The staff was super friendly! We went in on our lunch break and forgot our wallets at work and they don’t have Apple Pay… but! They were very quick to come up with a solution. Either buy online or if you have your card number, they can type it manually! Great food, quality customer service, and fast! Thanks guys :)
The food is great but don’t order take out. I have never received the correct food when ordering take out and it’s annoying.The burger and fries here have great flavor. The drink machine is my favorite thing, but they have 2 and one has been broken for over 6 months. Sometimes they don’t have milkshakes which is annoying as well.They also tried to charge me for garlic aioli which the urban fries literlist that they come with it??? They’re disorganized but the food is really good.
Burgers are overpriced for what you get. The burger was dry and the onion rings were flavorless. Their fries are great but you have to pay for dipping sauces. The shakes are also not great.
What a GREAT burger! Fries were delicious too! Of all the burger choices nearby, don't miss out trying this one!
We have been to this location quite a few times. The food is so delicious. There was an issue with my card, however the manager was SUPER helpful and resolved the problem right away. Certainly better than I’ve experienced at any other establishment. We will continue to come here and support this wonderful business and its great staff and management!
The Wagyu, fries. and onion rings are so good! I also loved all the sauces: the fry sauce and ranch were homemade and so delicious!
Burger was awesome but felt that the portion size could have been better on the urban style fries.
Every other review I have ever given on google has been 5 stars. Not this time!!! I went into the Burgerfi Mesa location to order food for my family. I took my food home with the plans to eat with my family, before having to fly out in the morning. My double burgerfi burger was missing. I went back to the store to get it. I did not ask for a refund or any other concession, I just wanted my burger. The assistant manager reordered the burger. As I was waiting, the person who took my order asked me a question. i said I was here because she messed up my order. Rather than saying I'm sorry, she took a very condescending attitude and began to lecture me that she read me back the order. While that was an issue as well for her to get it right(3 times), the big issues was that she jumped to a conclusion and all she had to do was say that she was sorry. She was the one who bagged my food as well. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. By the time I got home, my family had waited for me and ate cold burgers and cold fries. This entire interaction was completely unacceptable and disappointing.
