On July 26/2022 I went there with my family to have nice dinner all together but we had the worst experience ever!! At first I asked a lady name “NORA”we would love to be seated on the booth but she said it’s not possible because once we sit on the regular table which is already sanitized and cleaned we can NOT change our seat and they don’t have any free booths anyway! I told her but there are 4 booths free and just needed to be cleaned up but her answer was: It’s not my job to clean up the tables and I don’t know how long it’s going to take for the booths to be ready!! I called the manager and explained everything to her and she was very surprised the way we were treated but she helped us quickly and finally we could be seated on a booth! But then we ordered our appetizer which was very tasty, my husband and I got our food but my son had to wait 15 minutes to get his food! At the time my son got his dinner our was already cold! My son ordered another drink and we waited another 15 minutes and when we asked the server about the drink she said she hasn’t put it in yet!!! And that was it for us! We paid and left the restaurant!The way we were treated was extremely bad, I’m not sure what the problem was but I felt like maybe because we are not Americans or just the service was bad! But honestly we will never again pay a penny for Buffalo Wild wings in superstition Mesa!It’s like We paid $80 to be treated this way!!

Really sloppy food service when we took our 16 year old son for his birthday dinner. Items were brought out far apart from each other's orders putting some eating and some waiting for the food..The sauces were mixed because of bad presentation so the hotter sauces took over the mild flavors. They should be semi separate?The chicken was hard from? Sitting im not sure. Really the quantity was poor.

Went on 6/27/22 (1-2pm)for lunch. Service was top notch from beginning to end. Was greeted at the door with the friendliest hostess I've come across! That smile and attitude displayed was exceptional. First impressions are a must in this industry, and BWW's delivered throughout our entire visit. We will absolutely come back! Food was delivered quick and hot, and the servers attentiveness to our table was prefect. Thank you for the experience! I hope that these 2 employees hear this review, I'm a firm believer that staff should always hear feedback, but I'm willing to bet that even if they don't.... they will continue to provide top notch service as it seemed to come naturally from these two particular employees!

The waitress did a phenomenal job serving my party with what she could. The experience otherwise went down hill from what I remeber it was. The food barely had flavor on it Every soda was flat, we did try a few different flavors and the wait to get a seat was ridiculously long and the dinning room and bar was pretty empty from what it looked like I would really think twice about returning. Sorry

These are the current prices on the menu... June 2022. I got lemon pepper and buffalo wings. They were perfect, order on Tuesdays and you can get buy one get the second half off... good deal!

We were seated right away, which was nice. However, as we were sitting down the hostess said “All the waiters are pretty busy, so you can order on the app.” I’m going to restaurant, I would prefer to be served by a person rather than order online like I’m doing DoorDash or something. Also, I feel if the servers are too swamped, the restaurant should put some customers on a wait to let them catch up. We sat for about 10 minutes, with two different servers saying they would be right with us, but never coming over. Meanwhile, they waited on a table that sat 5 minutes after us. Finally, a manager came over and got us our drink order and got us a server for our food. He then prioritized taking a picture for a group and helping more tables before waiting on us. We put in all our food at once because we were tired of waiting for someone to come by and I asked for the appetizer to come out first, then our meal. I ended up getting only my meal first, then one by one my boyfriend got his items and lastly our kid got his item. Lastly, the appetizer came out. We reached for our silverware and noticed they were covered in spots of something and water marks, showing they weren’t cleaned very well. We were pretty satisfied with the quality of food, and our waiter came back to give us refills and check on us, but by this time we were already pretty upset. We were pretty ready to leave once we got the check.

Good Customer service the food is great great environment

Used to love coming here but holy cow it has gone down hill. Associates look like they are miserable and put in minimal work. (Guy who cleans table kicked dirty napkins under the table instead of picking it up) and saw waiter twice, the rest of the time they were all talking behind the entrance counter. Food was also burnt and just covered up with sauce. Will never be dining in at this restaurant again. If you decide to go here just order takeout as the prices in the restaurant are higher than on the website.

I had the worst experience EVER in this Mesa location last night and I’m still upset today at how it completely ruined our family gathering! The shift manager and staff were awful and I have never been so humiliated. A table of 9 people and 30 minutes after 8 have been served and eaten the staff finally admits, after being asked multiple times and getting “I’ll check” and never actually checking, that my food was never ordered. I went to dinner with my family and then after sitting there was given my food to go! Really?!!! My family got into an argument over it and I was so humiliated I left without eating and the food. Granted the manager comped my food but the manager really acted like it was no big deal because she didn’t know it happened sooner. She didn’t even say she was really sorry just sorry and it was almost like I was bothering her. Believe me everyone I know will hear how awful my visit was and I will never visit again. Worst experience period. Thank you for ruining our family dinner.

I couldn't recommend this location less.Tried to order over the phone because mobile app was not taking gift cards and they refused to take an order over the phone.  When pointing this out to them, they offered to take my order in person because they are too busy.The wings were small, the food was not warm, and the service was terrible.When I arrived two workers outside were leisurely smoking on their way back into the back door (gross...).Save yourself the trouble and get something from a local place that actually cares about things like quality, service, and loyalty.
