If you are black, I would NOT visit this location or the location on southern. Very rude to people of color. Spent over $200 at this particular restaurant over the course of 2 months while on vacation in Mesa from Atlanta. Each time I had an encounter with this particular lady, she was so rude I was afraid to have her remake my drink. I went to the location on southern and the young girl tried to charge me $7.75 for a large Thai tea with boba.. I buy this drink everyday with a glaze donut for about $7.50 for both. When I asked about the price she told me the price JUST went up when I got there. This was after a terrible interaction with the lady on country club road, so I just went to another boba place that wasn’t Bosa and they were very kind. Black people go ANYWHERE but here they will treat you terribly and don’t deserve your hard earned money at all!! Very rude WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Black owned beauty supple store is in the same plaza as this terrible restaurant though and they are amazing, very uplifting, and kind :) enjoy

We come here a ton, 2-3 times a week. The donuts are ok( my daughters love them) but the service is less than stellar. The people over the speaker are barely understandable. Our orders are correct about 40-50% of the time and when it comes change they are great at rounding down amounts.

Dishonest service. My family and I were overcharged for donuts and before I said anything the lady was very rude to us. Won't be coming back. Not worth the hassle. Avoid this establishment.Good donuts and great service are better than a great donut and bad service I always say.The bathroom is disgusting. A closer look will show this establishment is unsanitary and needs an inspection.I will not be returning.

Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The donuts were okay. But the service ruined Any chance of me enjoying it. Lady behind the counter rolled her eyes when I asked for a dozen. If you insist on having these donuts I suggest going to another location. But I won’t be returning.

If you haven't been to Bosa, you owe it to yourself! They have the freshest donuts..I am not knocking any of the other wonderful donut places...but once you have one from Bosa...you will be hard pressed to have any other....like biting into a warm fluffy cloud! I give myself this delightful treat once a month. A blended cookies and cream and a buttermilk donut. The rest of the day is just heaven.

I always come in to get donuts and coffee sometimes other stuff. I never had a bad experience until I came in tonight and the workers were so rude not professional missed 6 items on my order but charged me for everything then extremely rude when I asked for the rest of my items on the receipt.Ordered hot chocolate and decaf coffee they said they didn’t have any I wonder if owners are aware of the unprofessional employees they have at night Juanita and two others.

A plus that there is a 24hour donut place. But the customer service from the old.lady working at 1am was terrible/mean/rude, donuts tatsed a day or 2 old and she got mad because I asked for a receipt. I work for a large corporation and usually get 10-20 dozen donuts from the major competitors. But a co worker said the place was amazing but due to my experience I will never go to this Bosa Donuts again. I have had amazing experiences at Bosa Donuts before but this one horrible just because of the experience. was

I go to get my co workers donuts at Dave's killer bread, they love it. Shout out to my sanitation crew they are the best ❤

Not freshly made donuts! Always cold like they in the freezer. Taste like rancid oilBest location is on Main St..

Went this morning for donuts and ordered 2 one of our donuts was soggy covered in oil it was so gross its the first time weve ever had a bad experience here. Very disappointed for this as it shoulda been noticeable just by looking at it
