I have never placed a review for anyone ever, I loved this place so much, I had been coming for years to this location in Mesa. The donuts, coffee and food are great. My husband and I liked coming here on weekends to get coffee and donuts as a treat on his days off and weekends. My last visit wasn’t so pleasant and the young girl that works there seems to not be happy while working there, I came to get 1 dozen donut holes, a chocolate frosted donut and 2 iced coffees when the young girl offered me 10 dozen. On my end, I misunderstood her and I had thought she said that the donut holes come in counts of 10s and I said that was fine but we received the 10 dozen donuts. I went back through the drive-thru and told them politely that I didn’t want so many donut holes and that I misunderstood the young girl. I was argued with and told that I was wrong and didn’t say 1 dozen, the young girl said I told her 8 dozens and that she repeated my order but she didn’t. She also rolled her eyes at me and shook her head and walked away. I’m so upset by this, there’s one lady that works there that has always been super nice to me whenever I go and she knows I would go often, I don’t know her name, but I’m sad to say I won’t be coming here any longer after coming here for so long. :(
The donuts here are super soft but the cherry filled donuts taste like red dye and it made me feel terribly sick ? Boba drinks were average and tasted ok, the inside however needs some cleaning and to me from my food handling experience looks as tho they are not properly storing food items . Most likely will not come back .
Always the freshest food at every Bosa location, but this here original spot is awesome!! Always exceptional service. Thank you for keeping us all fed and energized with caffeine!!
I would like to share my experience at this location when I took a family member with me. We walked in knew we wanted boba milk tea. As we bearly look at the list on the wall they ask if we need help. I Said "Give us a few minutes to look over what yall have". Then they asked again shortly after(felt littlerushed). We were the only customers inside. We order 2 donuts and two allmond milk boba teas. I explained please No dairy but Almond milk is okay(few times). Then she re asked almond milk or milk. I said "Almond milk in both thank you". As we both watch she poured cow milk and I said" it supposed to be almond milk". She then poured from the mixer back into the judge, didn't clean the mixture, then poured the almond milk in the same mixer. Then as we waited at the casher the ice was not blend, they charged extra for boba, the price was 1 dollar extra on each of drinks, didn't tell me almond milk was extra 1.50$ each and was very rude when I asked why so much for 2 drinks and 2 donuts. She ran my card for 18.34$. Then had someone else explain. Our experience was not good, they told me prices where wrong on the menu and can't fix it thats corporates job. They can refund it but they will not do this again. I don't get why they were mean, the prices are a paper tape on the sign, and they should explain more if there is extra charges or put it on the board.
Even though I have never had your products, my cousin Laura raved about your cherry fritters. Sure wish I could have them but I’m a little far away- New Jersey. Someday I’ll have them. Thanks for making my cousin so happy, Maryann
Went late night only one person working causing a long line. All the donuts had been moved to the top row in the case and looked very unappealing
Service is always great. Reliable. I need a Dozen donuts every Sunday morning. I have never been disappointed
Such a great place to go. Always have the best staff and the best breakfast! The older lady that works every Sunday always goes above and beyond. I will continue my business here!
