Ordered a bubble tea the menu says $5 for a large they charged me $7.45 then when I asked the girl she said the menu is not correct on the outside.Also I asked if there was boba in the drink she said you have to ask for it which is completely ridiculous never had to do that before they always ask you if you want it or not.in other bubble tea restaurants stay far far away.

So yummy the fresh boba was amazing just was a bit shocked they didn't offer Oolong tea otherwise it was amazing

Omg! If anyone wants to try their drinks please try the tara with the original pearls! It’s very delicious and just the right amount of sweetness!! It always makes me feel better after a hard day after school.

Ordered two drinks, made one wrong, the employee that made it told us we could keep it. The other employee working came over, took it from us and dumped it out after it was given to us, as we were putting the straw in it. She then proceeded to wash the cup out and set it aside for later to probably reuse. Wouldn’t she have just thrown it away? Gross. Then we got the right drink and walked away for the drinks to not be worth the price at all. Bad drinks and one rude employee. Very dissatisfied.

It's good stuff but I ordered my husband a my thai with no boba, it was a smooch size but not filled all the way. Seems like he should have a full drink if I'm paying full drink price...

They're alright. Wouldn't say the best. But still drank my boba. Like the jellys better.. I think the ones stars are from crybabies who can't put a mask on. No mask go some where else, that simple anyone can refuse you service. Can't believe I have to constantly see one stars from same reviews like that.

I understand that it's black Friday and all I ordered my drink and seems like I fell through the cracks because I stood there and waited and waited for almost 45 mins while I watch large group orders come out while I was ahead of them and I currently work in the mall and I still get it black Friday and all but seems like the crew here was only doing the large orders instead of individual orders that came first before the bigger orders

I ordered a star berry frenchkiss with gobi boba and they have me black boba and chocolate jazzie this is the worst i don’t recommend ??

Zero complaints about the service. However the menu can be quite confusing when half of the ingredients are out of stock due to shortages. Also the strawberry flavor boba being out is so mind-boggling. It's like a coffee shop running out of coffee...

Dear people. There has been a boba shortage this past summer. If you haven't noticed covid has caused a lot of shortages. Please don't be a Karen/quit taking it out on the employees and company (they have even posted signs notifying cutomers).My review- I've been a customer here for 4 years now. The staff has always been friendly. This was the best boba place nearby for quite a while but a number of newer places have popped up that are more "gourmet." That said their boba is always well made/never hard. The drinks are overall decent. If you are a member they do have some good coupons. My biggest complaint is they got rid of the rooibos for those of us who don't/can't do caffeine (and like rooibos). I also wish you could adjust the sweet levels like at the newer stores.
