I absolutely love the coffee here. The coffee has a great quality tasting coffee and it doesn't taste watered down. I especially love how the spread is added to the bagel prior to it being handed off to you.
Super nice people at the drive through. Got our order out quickly too so close to closing. They're so chill too. Definitely passed the vibe check.
I’m not sure if I have ever had better customer service when ordering from a quick-service type of place. The employees here legitimately care about your answer to the question, “how’s your day going?”. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 24 hours, served by 3 different people and ALL 3 were engaging and genuinely awesome. Whatever Black Rock is doing to hire and / or train this kind of talent, should be bottle and sold for a fortune to other companies. Nice work!
I love when I get the opportunity to come here. I love the rich bold flavor of their coffee. It's not bitter like the largest chain.
It's ok, we ordered two very different drinks but when placed side by side on the counter they looked exactly the same. When asked which drink was which, the barista didn't have a clue. My daughter and I were left to attempt to figure out which drink contained the six shots of espresso and which one didn't. A little attention to detail or at least a marker to indicate the difference would go a long way. The three other coffee shops in the area manage to indicate which drink is which, just sayin.
They’re coffee is great, but no one maintains the property. You can’t even see their business sign the landscaping is so over grown and so much trash on only your corner. At the intersection the other 3 business corners look nice, clean and the landscaping is maintained. Come on black rock help clean up the neighborhood. You will receive a 5 star review once you clean up the landscaping and trash.

Love love love Black Rock. The the coffee taste great. The service is wonderful always greeted graciously. This is the only coffee bar/ drive-thru I patronize.
My absolute favorite place to get coffee all the staff are incredible nice and friendly and make the very best drinks give everyone a raise is what I would tell the GM if I knew who it was lmao live the oreo chiller no whip extra drizzle
