I’m a bit confused on the order pickup process..I placed my order about 30 mins before I was going to pickup..brought kids to daycare and then headed right across the street to grab my coffee but it wasn’t even ready…usually when I go to Starbucks I can place like 15 mins before and be guaranteed to grab my coffee and go. Just a little frustrated because it made me late for work because I waited about 7 mins for my coffee to be done when I was expecting it to be ready when I got there and I wasn’t about to walk away from a almost $10 purchase which is a bit pricey but I wanted coffee. The area was convenient but I will just go back to Starbucks next time. I’m giving 3 stars because the coffee is good but the pickup situation needs to be fixed.
It was okay. Coffee was good. They weren't busy but garbage can for customers was overflowing. Tried to get girl's attention but she was too busy talking to another employee. I just wanted to ask for a napkin. Banana bread was meh. Place could be cleaner. Music too loud. I couldn't hear my adult son sitting across from me at small table. I won't go back.
We normally come to this location 3 to 4 times a week. But lately service has been going down. Last Saturday we ordered our drinks, the person at the window repeated it back to us correctly, when we got home the drinks were wrong. We checked the writing on top and indeed it was wrong, I had to drive all the way back, they fixed it but it was a huge waste of my time and gas. This morning my girlfriend went there before work, the same issue happened… unfortunately that drink got thrown away cause she was not able to go back. I called the store… the number does not work, there is no way to get ahold of anyone!! I reached out to corporate left a message for them, an online message is the only way of getting ahold of them also. It is really sad and pathetic that it is so hard to get ahold of anyone. They have wasted my time and gas trying to resolve this issue. And it makes it 10 times worse that there is no one to talk to, so I am addressing this publicly hoping it will inspire someone to reach out to me so this can be resolved!!
The people here are awesome and this is my place. Only reason I’m not at 5 stars is because when I mobile order all it does is pay ahead of time. When I get there to pick up I check in then they make my coffee as opposed to others that have it ready when I walk in.ordered 15mins ahead of time..
Today is birthday I wanted to have a lovely drink to enjoy on my beautiful day. But no didn’t happen, first my drink was so bad I couldn’t not keep it down, then my sisters drink taste like barf jellybean not enjoyable. Thank you
This is my favorite coffee shop. I go there almost everyday. The drinks are always amazing! The staff is absolutely wonderful! It’s always a joy to see Shane, Sid, Noah, Elle and so many other wonderful staff. Going to this Black Rock location is always the highlight of my day getting great drinks while having a quick and fun chat with wonderful people!
Of all the Black Rock Coffee places, this is my most favorite. The staff here are above and beyond friendly. Coffee is great, as usual. I've been to 3 other BRC places and the staff is always loud, playing around and could care less about the customers. This particular one is absolutely AWESOME ? ?
I had a great experience with the staff, they were wonderful and helped me pick a drink I loved....a cold brew nitro Blondie. The sad part about it, it was gone in 3 sips. I literally paid over $6 for a cup of ice. I was really disappointed and this was only my 2nd and probably last time going here.
Tried ordering a bagel a few times. If you like 2 inches if cream cheese that isn't spread and only put on one side, then you'll love it. And just dont rider whip. Everyyyyy time I order whip cream on my drink it isn't there. Usually they just add it no problem, this morning when I asked if they could put the whip on, the response was, oh you'd like to add whip now? No. I ordered it that way and you even repeated it that way... literally go to ANY other location, this is the only location I've ever encountered issues.
