I have been missing Korean food, so we tried this the other night. We all really enjoyed the build your own bowl experience. I liked that we could put as many different toppings as we wanted. My husband and I got the hot stone bowl while my kids shared a regular one. The hot bowls were really yummy but very big, so maybe next time we will share. I think Bibio has the most flavorful food I have had in Gilbert so far!

This is a solid place with good food and a good portion. Try the spicy pork, it is the best. I am not usually a big fan of Bibimbob but this place is different. So good and impressed with such a big portion!

So good! Great flavor, amazing texture. Big portion. Don't be afraid to stop by and try! All the pickled add ons make the bowl taste so good. Really recommend adding a fried egg on top. The sauces are not as spicy as you'd think.

The beef bulgogi meat tasted dry and last time it was soupy. This place has been better in the past.

Delicious, healthy alternative with large portions. Also love the fun soda flavors at their fountain!

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The food was ready very quickly and it was so good! We will absolutely be coming back!

Waited for 5 minutes while the workers were talking before they acknowledged me to begin my order. They even looked at me a couple of times and went back to talking to each other. Expensive for low quality meat. Very fatty and chewy. Not much flavor.

Fast and easy meal of what is basically westernized bibimbap. Also, the only place to get Korean food in the East Gilbert/Queen Creek area.Great portion to cost ratio.

This was really good. Great for adults and kids. Very nice concept. Very generous portions. The combination of Korean BBQ sauce with the Sesame sauce was delish!

The hot stone rice bowl dish is only available for inside dining but it was delish. Mine had brown rice, beef, corn, greens with Korean bbq sauce & the spicy Korean chili sauce on the side with fried egg on top. Tasty
