We love Barro's pizza as it is just good pizza but they really have an issue making a salad. How hard can it be. I don't know if it's the people who actually put it together or the kids taking the order. The last 3 salads I've ordered have been wrong. I usually get large house salad, no croutons, no tomatoes, add chicken. Simple right? Obviously not!!!! One time it came with croutons and no chicken yet we were charged for the chicken. I guess chicken and croutons look a like. They did comp us the salad. Another time I had 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Really??? This last time on the slip they put No Chicken then Chicken. So basically once again ordered the salad WITH Chicken and got NO Chicken. At least this time I wasn't charged. I figure a lot of it has to do with this Barro's has a lot of young kids working and they just don't care. At least the pizza was good for my husband.
OMG. The manager was so nice. He said, I'm so sorry you had to wait. Since you waited to long for your pizza the pizza was in the Hot Box the girl did t know. So the Manager.sid, you an have 2 free pizzas and mozzarella sticks on the house. Wow I was so impressed.
Employee was very nice and friendly, she made us fresh salads, we got the lunch special, 2 pieces of pizza, salad and soda for 7.75 you can't even get a combo meal at fast food for that. It was really good
Before my last order Barro’s was my favorite, but this time my pizza was all fluffy crust and bread very little sauce, cheese or toppings. Our to go order sat under the lights for about 7 minutes while more orders were being taken, rather then serving up the pizzas waiting. I ordered from home drove there and waited watching my order sit and sit. Our cheese sticks were not cheese sticks at all. I guess it is time to find a new pizza parlor!
We ordered lunch today and all around it a horrible experience. The gentleman taking my order ( my receipt says Wade) was rude and seemed very irritated. We ordered a Gluten free pizza, XL pepperoni pizza, and 24 traditional wings. The Gluten free pizza crust was so hard you couldn’t chew it. The wings were soggy and nasty. Definitely not worth the $60 bucks as we just threw it away!UPDATE: I was asked to send them a email after posting this review. I sent the email for them to respond with the same response as below. They didn’t offer to make it right or ANYTHING!!! Definitely won’t be ordering again. If I could give zero stars I would.

First time ordering from this location and 5 stars for prompt delivery. Arrived earlier than expected. Though wish I could have selected 4 1/2 stars due to me having to put pizza in my toater oven after arriving due to a non-crisp crust. You had to hold your peice of pizza with two hands or it would flop down type crust. Next time I'll know to order my pizza well done. Otherthen that toppings and flavor was great after the re-heat
Barros is tasty! One time tho, they didn't slice cut our large pepperoni pizza. Just a whole wide-big-circle of pizza Lol. That was the only time we ever had a problem with this location. Other than that, splendid.
So we have been going to Barros since we moved to Az. Food is always good and ready when they say it will be done. Well that all changed when they moved location they have lost our ordered three different times. When speaking to the Manager he said that it was normal they loose tickets. Wondering how that is even possible when you have a computer system and we ordered online. We will no longer use Barros for pizza we will be finding a new place to go.
No waitress services. Boxes piled up on tables in the restaurant. No ambiance or atmosphere at all. Very good Supreme pizza. Fair pricing.
