lol its Barros, nice staff but dame the pizza is so thick and doughy. 1 slice can feed a family in bangladesh lol. Great pizza if you wanna dip it in beer. The sauce taste like it came from a store and the cheese taste cheap
I love Barros pizza so much. I will raise my review to 5 stars when they allow customers to have some of their garlic sauce or to start making it for the consumers. Isn't garlic sauce one of the most common toppings for pizza?
First time to this chain. I was blown away how good their pizza was. Why have i not found this place before???? Staff was wonderful. I will be back, and if you love pizza, you will be too. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Barro's Pizza ? Always a great treat for our home. Great menu. Plenty of options.We order carry out most of the time versus delivery.
Really good food and the place was pretty clean and the atmosphere was very comfortable and enjoyed my time there. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the waitress who started out very well in the middle she had a little to much going on and when asked for something at first she ignored the question ( possible she didn't hear it but not likely) then she answered and said everything we needed was on the table already (which it wasn't on the table at all) and walked away quickly. She also never came back to the table to check on us or anything. But other then that we loved the food and had a nice time.
We ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 side salads, 12 mozzarella sticks, 4 fountain drinks and 1 large pitcher of beer. 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 small child. We ate all the salad, the mozzarella sticks. Plus the 2 guys drank the beer. AFTER noticing that all the people who ordered AFTER us had their food, I went to ask when was our order coming out. I have NEVER in my life had a teenager give me the kind of attitude as this young girl: rolling her eyes and sarcastically saying "we are busy, you know." Ummm, not busy enough to get other orders out. Another young girl steps in and I ask are you the manager? Umm, no (rolling eyes), he's talking with some friends over there. She walks over and tells him (no excuse me sir, nothing), and he comes over to me. I voice my complaint that it has been over 45 minutes since we put in our order. And he informs me that they ARE busy. So, I asked him, since every one else has already received their orders, including that table in the corner with 8 people who ordered after us, am I to assume you are pushing our order back? He of course said NO. It should be up in one minute. I told them to please put them in to go boxes as the babies were starving by now and we would just go home. I understand BUSY - but it was only us they were too busy for. No management; no training, nothing. Never going back.
Barro's? Probably one of my favorite pizza places. When we lived in the valley, Barro's was a frequent dinner selection. Now when we return to the valley for a visit we seek out this pizza and wings again! Barro's never disappoints.
Haven't been for quite a while. Food was great. Ate too much. The servers were awesome. We will have to stop by again soon.
Visiting Phoenix for business, I've decided I like Barro's Pizza. I'm not Chicago style fan, but I do enjoy Barro's Pizza and try them at least once during my extended stays in Phoenix.This location was quiet when I picked up my online order. I think I was little early, so I was able to pick up the pizza as it was ready, nice and hot.Staff was friendly and helpful to guests as I watched them arrive and order.
Our softball team comes every weekend. Food is great all the time. Came in tonight place was packed . Had one of the girls working was extra rude about where we sat. There was no sign to say area was closed. She said we had a chair blocking the row. “A chair “, Was blocking the row. Mind you there are chairs everywhere in the restaurant. She was like it makes it so hard for us to clean. She said it a second time and got super snarky. Last time I checked your store doesn’t make any money if you don’t have customers. Also it was only 8pm and they don’t close till 10 pm. There was 3 other softball teams there as well. The line was out the door. We do appreciate the manager hearing us out. We wished her to have a great night because maybe she was just having a bad day, but she just glared at us.
