My last 3 orders where either 1 hr late with soggy wings and pizza, missing an item or they screwed up the toppings big time. Once I made them bring the missing item, the late food they didn't offer anything just said sorry, this last time they refunded my money. Each time I said I'll give them one more chance. Today was the last straw, they use to be awesome for years but the last few months it's like their staff don't care. I will try another location since this one a mile from my house can't seem to do anything right

The pizza was good. The lunch specials were of value and I enjoyed the size of the salad that came with the meal I chose. Service was quick and polite. Here I got two slices of Barro's specialty pizza, salad and drink but added another slice for $2.50? I think I actually liked the pepperoni pizza I got on a subsequent visit better.

Need better quality control. This pizza should have never been handed to us. I have ordered Alot of pizza from here over the past 20 years with very little complaints. But whomever took this out of the oven and attempted to cut it should not work in pizza...FOLLOW UP The owner of Barros pizza reached out apologized and replaced the pizza which came out much better.

We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, it was delicious!!! ? The problem with this location is if you like to sit at booth tables, bring a cushion as there is no more cushioning left, just springs. We ended up switching tables to sit in regular chairs as the booth need replacing yesterday!!! My friend and I go there weekly at least and always hoping they replaced cushion in their booths ? other than that. It's a great pizza place.

This place used to be great with fast service. Now delivery is taking over an hour even at non peak hours and pickup is 45 minutes or more. Often times they do not correctly estimate time and you are left waiting around.

Pizza was not fully cooked and dough was still wet and soggy. I called back to this location to let them know and all they could tell me was "ok" and "they will let their manager know...". They did not even offer me a partial refund or anything for sending me home with something not very safe to eat. I did not feel like driving back to return the pizza, so I put it in my own oven to finish cooking myself. I guess this is how this location's customer service works??

I ordered my food for pickup. They said would take 45 minute’s. I arrived 15 minutes late, so they had an hour to make my food. I’m sitting here and it’s been another 40 minutes. Why wouldn’t you just say it’s gonna take an hour and a half. I’m not even getting it delivered. To add icing to the cake they messed up my order. So they had two hours to get it right and still couldn’t get it right. Now I have to wait even longer. I’m not sure what’s going on but this place is really going downhill. They forgot to give me carrots and celery with my wings. I know that’s kind of a small thing but if you have two hours to create an order you should probably get it right.

No forks for our meal. They said people must be stealing them. Never got our sandwiches and the wings were like soup.

I had a bad experience once out of many years of enjoying Barros Pizza. Let me say they were very quick to make things right for us! I appreciate the management and staff and thanks so much for getting this straightened out for us! Looking forward to going back!

I didn’t have a great experience this evening waiting on my order. I’m writing this review because despite being insanely busy, I could tell that you all were hustling and it didn’t stop. Thank you for that, it is obvious you all are a close team and I appreciate your service! Keep it up!
