Ordered chicken parm and received raw chicken at lunch today. Thankfully I cut it in half before eating, unfortunately my friend ordered the same thing and had already taken a bite of hers, I hope she doesn’t get sick. Called over a manager and showed him, he was apologetic and explained what could have happened. I’m sorry I do not care to hear what could have happened … sounds like the cooks need better training. Will not be returning which is unfortunate as I had eaten here twice before without any issues.

Prices were fair, portions great and food phenomenal. If in the area and love Italian food this is the place to go. We have family in the area and will go here anytime we are in the area

The best part is the hot, fresh bread that keeps coming without requesting it. First time dining here so not sure if that's the way it is or that was our waitress, but I love bread.Food was very good, some of the best Italian I've ever had. Service was a little slow for my taste but wasn't bad at all. Restaurant was very busy. Not the best place is you're looking for a quiet romantic dinner.Would definitely recommend and eat here again.

Dinner was very good and the staff levels were adequate. Very friendly staff and it was nice to meet the new owner.

I've dined at many a fine Italian restaurant, but Baci Italian Bistro might just top the list. It was our first time here, but it won't be our last. They have an amazing selection of dishes. My wife had the Creamy Chicken Marsala and I had the Pasta Alla Baci. If you're looking for a great place in the Queen Creek area to have a fine meal, give this restaurant a try.

Had a nice reunion with friends at Baci's and a GREAT meal too! All four of us had different meals ... 1) and individual pizza, 2) a Fettuccine dish, 3) my wife chose the meat ravioli, which she said was excellent, and 4) I chose the Pasta Paisano (pictired here.) For my dish I chose angel hair pasta, and it came in a light vodka sauce with Prosciutto, mushrooms, and peas. We were in Arizona for a week on vacation, and this was THE FINEST MEAL we had during the stay. Highly recommended.

Bad place to get seated in order that you arrive!!! Totally crossed off our name and never called our name or looked for us !! We were right beside the check In stand. Said we checked at bar !! There is not a bar to sit at so why would you be there for 2 and one half hours waiting to get a table!!

The ambiance and service were okay but the food was terrible. We (2) both had pasta dishes and both were swimming in the sauce. I tried skimming what I could off the top but it had just to much oil to deal with. Companion had the same problem but got an upset stomach partially through the meal. She was sick through much of the night. The restaurant seems to have a good following with a wait on a Tuesday so don’t know if it was kitchen staff mutiny, new staff, or a whole new way of cooking.

100% delicious. A charming restaurant with a strong family feel. Every bite had flavor and texture. The wait time was an average 40 minutes for a 6pm dinner. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to serve. Food came out quickly and was timed perfectly. From one Italian to another - perfetto!
