I arrived around 5pm on a Saturday, not too busy. Interactions with the waitress were timely and pleasant. I ordered the ribs. They were a bit skimpy on meat but otherwise good. I wish they would do something about their desserts, its been variations on brownies since time began.A good experience overall.
My grandma is a regular and is treated like royalty when she arrives by other patrons. The staff is friendly but the service is sub par. If busy, you'll have to ask for your waitress because they don't stick to checking on you. Food is pretty good for a chain restaurant.
Food is always excellent there and the wait staff during the day is phenomenal. I kind of had a bad experience with the wait staff at night. I don't hold it against the restaurant, except for the fact that some of the servers maybe need a little bit more coaching
We arrived and was told 25 to 30 minutes that was fine they took my number and repeated it then said they would text when a table was ready. After about 40 minutes of sitting in parking lot we went in and they said we text you (no text on phone) they text wrong number no biggie so we go sit down. After 15 to 20 minutes of waiting for even a drink order after being told by waitress she would be right there we decided we were going to go elsewhere.
Haven’t been here since before Covid and were amazed at how fabulous everything was tonight. Food was good, which is kind of a given, but the service from Noemi was probably the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere. We’ll definitely be coming here more often.
Really underwhelmed with my whole experience at Applebees. Our waitress Alyssa seemed irked the entire time and barely smiled at us (she never told us her name, I gathered this was her name from our receipts). Another server came to drop off our food and was significantly more pleasant. I would understand if she was busy and didn’t have time to give to my group, but I think the minimum is to be friendly. Aside from that the food for half of our party was cold. I tipped well because I knew my friends didn’t want to leave her anything since the service was so poor and because I am also in the industry, but the service here is hit or miss. I’ve been plenty of times before and it seems like there is no standard.
I love going here. The food is always great, and hot when food is given to you. I love happy hour great deals on their yummy appetizer’s at half price, what a deal. The only negative thing does get loud in there. If you are hard of hearing like me, you will have a rough time in conversation .
I ordered online. My delivery was very quick, Applebee's may use Door dash for online orders. My chicken tenders came with fries and dipping sauce. I also ordered loaded mash potatoes and a Strawberry Banana smoothie. Food was hot and taste just like the commercials. My smoothie was perfectly chilled.
Chicken wonton tacos and the perfect strawberry margarita ?. Try it! ? The taste was so delicious. ? I also had the southwest chicken salad that was also very good! It was fulfilling as it was delicious. ?
The hostess was upset that we asked for a larger booth for a group of five, she insisted that the other tables were not bigger-which by the windows they are- when we insisted she moved us , she slammed the menus down on the table and said someone would come for our drink order. After waiting 15 minutes with no one coming to our table I called the store and spoke to the manager and asked who our server was, she said she’d send someone over and still we waited finally we got up and left. Drive down to Chilis got great service, our food was hot when served and delicious….goodbye Applebees….
