Our server Ava was excellent. Ava was attentive, kind, and coursed out our meals perfectly. My wife and I had the chocolate meltdown cake first so we could enjoy dessert. It was recommended by our server and Ava was right; it's their best dessert. We enjoyed the boneless wings app and I had the 8 oz sirloin as my entree. The steak was very tough and wouldn't recommend but the onion rings were nice and crispy(still ate all my steak tho). Thanks Ava hope to have you again soon :)
It has been awhile since I've visited Applebee's. The food quality has gone down tremendously. Only one variety of steak is available. Dry Rubber Sirloin. The strawberry lemonade was doused with syrup and not mixed correctly. (Taste it and it's probably the same!)The mashed potatoes tasted horrible like an old cardboard box. Definitely not fresh.I loved their fajitas when they had it on their menu before. They need to bring that back to the choices.This was for Father's day and I was disappointed in the steak selection and the chicken tenders were oversalted.There was no love in the food that was served. Save your money and go to another restaurant. The server gave good attention however, it's not their fault for the taste of food and quality.
The "fresh made" chips with the artichoke dip weren't fresh made, but they weren't stale either. The Ceasars salad was very large but had many dense hard parts of the lettuce. The fries were super salty, but they looked deflated so weren't very appetizing anyway. The grilled chicken sandwich was good and the iced tea was very good.
Our server was very nice and attentive but our food had to be sent back three times, came back not hot and worse looking than it did the first time we got it So sad. And as for the hard rock lover that's there that's horrible background music for a restaurant, and I'm not that old, but it's not restaurant dining music. Managers need to get a clue.
Can I for dinner with my family, and it’s was slow! But it took 25 minutes for our food! But when I came it was COOL?? Why?? So they took it back to recook and 20 minutes later? And instead of putting it on a clean plate they pit it back on my old plate? No presentation, very sloppy I’m so done!!! This is why it took us 5 years to come back! I’m going to have to rethink my choices.
I ordered a carside to go order. I arrived just before my given time. I tried using the link in the text i was sent but was given an error message that my order was not found. After 6-7 min of waiting and messing with the link that didn't work, I called and told them I was there. I live less than 2 miles away. By the time I got home all orders of fries were cold and soggy, wonton tacos were soggy and all other entrees were room temp at best. I ordered the brew pub loaded waffle fries. What a joke. They were soggy and cold, the cheese and bacon was sparse and globbed in 1 spot and I never got the side of ranch it was supposed to come with. The pics are of the soggy wonton taco bottom and the miniscule cheese and bacon on the "loaded" waffle fries. I have yet to have a decent meal ordering carside. Even if I show up early or on time my food is not hot.
The service was great. Jordan was super attentive and friendly. The food was swill. Cooked to death. Artichoke dip cheese topping was burnt. Fiesta lime chicken and rice was dry as heck. Oriental Chicken salad chicken was cooked to death, and fettuccine Alfredo was cooked to death. Swill.
Applebee’s has been the place my mom and I have went for our mother/daughter dates. We stopped going because they changed their blondie brownies. We both just recently relocated to the Phoenix area. We both loved this location. The staff is friendly and our server, Alesia (I hope I spelled that right), was amazing! This location is a new favorite of ours. Thank you so much, Alesia, for making our time there even more special! And thank you Applebees for bringing back the original blondie brownie!
Went in for Breakfast Today with my husband and 3 little boys. As we got seated there was blaring music coming from the kitchen of vulgar music with heavy profanity “Easy-E”.I immediately looked at my husband and he also had the same look as me.I just could not, we got up and left to hand back our menus. As I told two staff members that we could not stay due to the heavy profanity playing and having my little ones with me.I received no words just a blank “Deer caught in head lights” look.No “I apologize, I’ll see what I can do about that, Our mistake”? Nothing. Just terrible service.I just turned and walked off.We were literally just trying to start our day with a good breakfast and not sit there and allow my kids to listen to that distasteful experience.If this is our the run this place it’s no wonder not busy.I’d have to say, I won’t be coming back here indefinitely.
Ordered to go ribs and fries. I live 15 min away. Fries were super old. Fries were under the warmer for an hour +. Stale and dry. Ribs were just okay, but I could tell it wasn’t made fresh either. Why sell food that’s not prepared when you order? I thought this was a restaurant not fast food…
