Loved the time we spent at the Turtle Beach Bar and Grill. We loved the margaritas, Pina Colada’s, and the fried Calamari (ask for extra cocktail sauce as you will need 2-3 for all that Calamari). Mike P will take good care of you. The view of the water is great and the people watching is fun.VictorB

Really recommend this place was are first time here pet friendly area. You can beach your boat or dock and have a lot fun with your kids and teens everyone . Pool was kool too but the dog area was simple and boring and there’s not much places to leave your dog and my dog told me he hated it
Stayed at Nautical Resort for my 3rd time! They just get better! No hassle, no worry! Great Staff! Convenient for boating, floating and goofing off, Turtle Bar is really good, Rooms clean and comfy, pool clean and heated!
Breathtaking view from our balcony, the room was spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, clean and there are fun things to do. We felt like we were in paradise. I give the Nautical Beachfront Resort five stars!
The Turtle Burger was way undercooked and now I am way sick to my stomach. We had a large group come in for lunch. Great service, great atmosphere, but every burger was raw in the middle and not by choice. I am the lucky one that is in the bathroom because of it.Cook needs to learn to "cook" the burgers thoroughly!!
Well, first off let me say we have been going there for years, always been good. Today however, we were so VERY disappointed, food was way below par, we were told a new cook is working, menu was shortened quite a bit, service a satisfactory, but everything else not so good, air conditioning was almost non existence, times have changed, I realize, but dang!! Don't think we will go back and we live here, i.agine visitors!!
The room was clean when we arrived and the staff were nice and quick to response when we needed something. The amenities and view from our room were amazing. Pet friendly resort and would recommend this place if you have kids. They will definitely enjoy and have a great family time.
Had a weeklong road trip planned and Lake Lake Havasu was the halfway point between our destinations. I was proactive in contacting Alfredo the manager due to the multitude of bad reviews. He was extremely communicative and accommodating and ensured we’d have a room available for our pit stop. Upon arrival, Brian was expecting me and had everything prepared. Kindness and efficiency for the win! Thank you! The lake and pool were FABULOUS and the best part of this place. We stayed in it every second we could, wishing we’d had spent our first 3 nights of vacay here instead of the awful experience we had elsewhere. Mind you we stayed on a Wednesday when the rate was very reasonable and it was not as busy—- I’m not sure I would spend $400 a night here as advertised on busy weekends unless you have a boat to dock etc or are splitting with friends. Drinks took a few minutes to get at the pool bar, but the bartender made some of the best drinks ( for a $7.50 piña colada steal at a resort!!!). Didn’t like that you couldn’t order food at the bar (unless we missed the cut off) and didn’t like that the WET bar closed at 7 but the pool was open till 11. They tell you you can go to the bar in the Turtle Bay restaurant, but it’s judge city if you walk in wet with your bathing suit— clothing required! Which is a bit inconvenient. Perhaps a service window for to go orders and drinks would suffice. (Selfish plug: I’m available for consulting as a strategic developer!) Pool music vibe was minimal house / upbeat music, but nothing too crazy. They even had an aquasize class in the pool in the am! (Wish I would’ve known, I would have joined!) Rooms were spacious and I liked the sink being outside the bathroom. An ice bucket would be nice. Someone complained about the size of the restrooms, but if you’re in Havasu, you’re here for the lake water, not the shower water. Beds were not good though— not very comfy (a mattress toper would be a very cost effective item but will bring up these reviews!) but we were grateful for the fantastic view. Our room opened up to the lake. I was steps away from the sand (and yes—- it’s a desert beach resort, there will be sand in your room!!) and enjoyed the sunrise over the water immensely. Denise the pool manager is fantastic! Restaurant food was decent, but high prices. Understandably this is located far away, and with inflation food and gas are expensive as hell. But do find some more affordable options or keep that bodega open later and offer sandwiches etc. (some people may be stupid enough to leave the resort after enjoying your cheap drinks and drive drunk in search of affordable food). CONS: no program or explanation of amenities upon check in or in the room (especially when you’re being charged a fee for them). No towels at the pool. Needed to go inside wet to check them out. A fee is already being charged, so what is a towel or two worth if every guest needs to get their own? No info on boat/water rentals adjacent to the property and the bodega closed at 5, which for a resort that is literally away from anything else, is really strange and losing potential cash flow. After drinking by the pool, we wished we could’ve had snacks/sodas without needing to spend $20 at the restaurant (which closes at 10). No pool info. Had I known it was open at 7 am, I would’ve been in it, but I received conflicting info from the staff and didn’t get in until 9 am. Used the text service and it took 30 minutes for someone to respond. By then, I had called front desk myself. This needs a faster response time or don’t offer it at all. All in all, we had an excellent time!! We’d def come again and enjoy a longer time in Havasu, mainly for the resort and lake access. It’s got almost everything you need, bring snacks tho!
This was an amazing oasis and a perfect paradise....before their standard weekend guests rolled in when the tranquil infinity pool turned in to a packed pool where they pumped out ear drum bursting music. Don't get me wrong I love a drink and a party but this was unbearable. The only saving grace was that their stamina levels were low and they all burned themselves out by early nightfall. The rooms are dated and can do with a thorough clean...thank goodness for antibac wipes. Having said that the location made up for it but would suggest a mid week break if you are seeking a restful one. The management team had no interest in the cleanliness issues we raised. 1 star for perfect location.
