Do not order chalupas or crunchwraps unless you want to be severely disappointed. Ran like a typical tourist trap, food comes out inedible. Literally could not eat the hard cold chalupa shell, which is hilarious because my "crunch"wrap didn't have a tostada in it. Just a bunch of old lettuce. Spend over 30 dollars and the joke is definitely on me.
Spent no money here because the door inside time says 11. The fat girl said they closed at 10 and the door wasn’t right. It’s a 45 cents fix. Taco Bell employees are lazy because they want to be done early.
Closed during business hours too often when I want taco bell. Since they're so likely to be closed when I am hungry, I won't be going an inch out of my way to see anymore. Also, online says they're open. They're not. They're "closed for maintenance" as usual

If you want to wait 45 minutes for a single order look no further. Because at this franchise the customer is the second to last priority. I would say last but that spot is reserved for the employees who are constantly walked over and treated terribly. 2 stars since dine-in was finally open after a month of employee turnovers due to horrible management.
Great friendly staff. Always has gotten our order correct and done in a timely matter in the drive through, we don't often go in.
The gal with short hair working the service counter is such a peach (didnt catch her name), but man does the rest of the staff know how to kill a vibe. Tonight, Isabelle (shift lead working the counter side line) really seemed to have a problem with my order. Not sure what her deal was, maybe a bad day, but the customers can hear you, negative chatter should be saved for the back room. Amazing! Michael, Gerber (I believe that's the name), and Harry were absolutely awesome! The customer service was amazing and friendly. I hope I get them every time I go to the drive thru (:I went to try the new Flaming Hot Cool Ranch Locos Tacos and they were delicious, didn't even need the Fire sauce (:
Was waiting there for the food. Pretty good. Staff friendly. And while I was waiting for my food, a staff member gave me and my dad free drinks! Instant 5*. Best Taco Bell I've ever had.
Wanted to use the women’s restroom but they had a sign on the door stating it was for both. The men’s restroom has an out of order sign. This is not a one toilet restroom. I’d rather you close both restrooms down than make it unsafe
