I have never written a bad review ever until today. This is the second time in the past couple of weeks that my online order wasn’t ready by the time it was supposed to be. I don’t blame the workers. There was 2 girls trying to handle a long line AND online orders. I think there should be more people scheduled during your rush. Also one of the girls was helping an older gentleman and she was complaining out loud that he wanted 3 different meats. He seemed embarrassed because everyone could hear her talking. Do better. Most work places don’t allow that kind of behavior

Excellent customer service. Food was fresh and tasted good. However I was a bit puzzled why the franchise owner did not have any pastrami or roast beef available to purchase. I'm pretty sure meat isn't as "scarce" as it was in 2020 covid lockdowns when everyone was hoarding. ????
The food was fresh, the service was just ok and I think they overcharged us. 2 sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, 6 cookies and 1 drink was $30.
I ordered online. I pickup my sandwich and went home. When I got home there were 3 sandwiches and not the 1 with chips. I took it back and the manager said they didn’t get the order so they wouldn’t make it again. I had a confirmation on my iPad so so I took it down to Subway on Maricopa next to Bashas’s. I showed them that I was was charged for the sandwich and it was the correct store. She made a call to the owner and after nearly an hour she made the sandwich. She didn’t want to. I wouldn’t go back if it was the only deli in town.

Well I've been to this one several times they used to be really amazing when the young lady by the name of beca worked here. They then kind of went downhill and I've honestly not been back since. I think I'm and have to give him another shot being it's been about 2 years and see if they've improved. I'll let you know once I give him a shot again and will decide whether their face it promotions approved.

They have the best philly cheesesteak sandwich. Wheat bread and a little bit of everything on it except jalapenos and darn it's the bomb! You can even call ahead give them your order and pick it up in 10-15 minutes. It's a must that way there's no fighting with the crowd ,no waiting in line, simple and easy!
