If I could give zero, I would. my family was absolutely shown zero respect from the moment we drove up.We are in Havasu for our annual family trip to Havasu. We ordered our dinner since noon today for a 6pm pick up. When we arrived to pick up our food, there was a guy out back that told us to go back to California and then disappeared inside the business.We went inside to pick up our food and tell the manager what happened, he did not offer any resolve and defended his employee.If you are from California, please do not patronize this business. They do not appreciate anyone from California.
First time I was disappointed with my order. I ordered the 12 inch pizza with double crust, sausage, onion and mushrooms. Sausage was very skimpy and crust way too thick. I was told not to order thin crust so I ordered the thicker crust. It was like baked bread with a very little amount of sausage and other ingredients very skimpy. Will not order this again. I'll try pasta next time.
Awesome spaghetti meatball n lasagna.Staff very professional n nice.Portions are great. Price just right .Sauce in pasta delicious. I didn't get heartburn.I recommend this place in lake Havasu .

Phone call was painful and I thought, just hang up this is a sign, but my family was hungry. To be fair, I am not a fan of Chicago Pizza, but I believe these pics support my review. Ordered a NY Style large Cheese Pizza and a Chicago Style with Onion, Ham, and Tomatoes. Both arrived inedible. Also, if you cut a NY Style Pizza like a Chicago Style Pizza, it is now a flat Chicago Style Pizza.
We went there on 10-25-22 with 5 other locals and sat outside.( our first time there) Did not care for the stools out there just because they don’t work with old farts knees. The wait staff was very pleasant. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and a side of onion rings and they were both very good. Others ordered hotdogs that came with a salad…that side salad was huge! Two complaints, one hot dog was ordered with no relish but when it was served you could clearly see that they had put relish on the bun then scraped it off leaving the neon green juice on the bun. The other complaint came when we were handed our checks. This restaurant is one of the very few in Lake Havasu that charges you the prop 206 tax. My bill was $18.70 then state tax and then they added $2.56 for prop 206 tax. They added this to all the checks. We asked the waitress to explain this tax and if it was for the raise in minimum wage how did she get paid? She didn’t know. She stated that there have been many complaints to the manager about this. Why not just increase food costs a little to cover the increase in wages and not give the customer this surprise when they get their bill? There must be some kind of tax break for the owners if they charge the Prop 206 tax. We won’t be back. There are far too many better places in Havasu to eat.
all of their food was great ‼️ the bone-in wings are huge with great flavor and then the salads are unbelievable, so huge and so delicious. the calzones were amazing as well as the pizza. they have great deals on certain days and their sandwiches and pastas are so yummy and then there's dessert oh my goodness it's all good.

Great Pizza…. Make sure you put your name on the list. They struggle with large party’s , so break them up into smaller groups. The Pizza is well worth it. If your lucky enough to get Christian as a waiter, your experience will be Awesome!!!!
