Had to wait 30mins for a online order to be picked up. I get that stuff happens sometimes but the manger wasn’t very friendly. Get home and the order is wrong. We had the same issue last week with the he same pizza order. The manger needs to work on his ability to be understanding when they make mistakes. Not asking to have my but kissed but basic customer service skills are missing. On top of that the pizza was room temp at best. Guess Dominos it is going forward…..If you want to gamble on your family’s dinner order from here. LoL

My sister ordered a pizza at the store on Kiowa in Lake Havasu City Saturday night and I have a couple of questions.First, she wanted to order the large 3-topping Taste Maker for $10, but was told that they're no longer available (this, despite it still being offered online and there being 2 posters advertising it in your windows). The guy behind the counter told her she could "order a large 3-topping for $12" instead.After we ate, I looked at the receipt and noticed that she had been charged for 3 items: two, $1 "donations", and $10 for a "1aRge3t$10"---which I'm interpreting as "one large 3-topping for $10."Now I would like to know why she was charged for donations she was not asked if she wanted to make and which she did not offer to make. I also would like to know why your employee lied to her about the Taste Maker no longer being offered. Going by the receipt (which I have saved), it quite clearly remains available. Was this an unscrupulous act by an employee who wanted/felt they deserved a tip? Is this something your employees do on a regular basis?I understand that it's "only" $2, but if your employees did this to her every time she/we ordered pizza (usually 2 times a month), they'd be [basically] stealing no less than $48 a year from her.That does not make for good business ethics.Nick
Have had trouble with the Kiowa PH food as far as quality, but it is the closest to the house so do order now and then. Not regularly.However, our last two orders have been so perfect I wanted to leave a comment about how much improvement we have notice in temperature, overall amount of toppings on the pizza, and the friendly outgoing staff.We are definitely regular customers now and will try again soon.
Dude, listen. I hate Pizza Hut. Every one I’ve ever tried has been disappointing at best. Too lazy to cook, we placed a delivery order because it’s close to home. Whoa. This was the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had! I hate to say, this location has changed my mind and we will be ordering again and often. Delivery was stupid quick. Food was awesome to say the least! Hot, fresh, perfectly cooked, I mean absolutely on point. Thank y’all for a great experience!
5/1/22-Burned pizza, toppings, and it was dry.Update: 5/22/22- The pizza was fantastic. Thank you for listening. The Pizza Hut Rewards program is the best. Our pizza was free yesterday, and it was the best one yet.

Staff was excellent but the stuffed crust pizza was soggy. This is my favorite pizza and I understand that it will be a little soggy but when I picked up the first piece that crust sagged and the toppings disappeared in the hole where the crust sagged.
Better communication with the customer when out of a product that was ordered online (i ordered sweet chili wings and was given honey BBq when I went to pick it up and was not told about the change). Also, one of my pizzas did not have any sauce on it
