Pizza has been doughy every time I ordered and staff has not been professional at all when I call to make a complaint or to have my pizza remade
Called at 8:30pm for delivery. They took my order and charged my card. Then they called me back to tell me the ovens were turned off and they cannot honor my order. Posted close time is 9pm. I understand we are all short staffed right no, but the person answering the phone should have known what was going on.
2 young guys running the store but they made great pizza!
I'm not giving 2 stars because I'm disappointed with the food. They close at 9pm I tried to place an online order at 8:21, which generally should take 15 since I was picking it up, it let's me complete my entire order only to tell me at the end I can't place it cause their closed. I call and the girl that answers says they close at 9. I'm like okay well it's 8:27. She says our ovens are off, Sorry. I said okay so you don't close at 9 then you close now, more like 8:30 ? and she says umm yea! All I could do was say alright thanks and hang up.
Was told my order will take one hour and fifty minutes and this was at a time the website said was not busy. This would be totally inexcusable at the Papa John’s I worked for I blame management .
The order taker was ignorant. Couldn't understand what was trying to be said!! We took our order to a different pizza place. Extremely disappointed!!!
Disappointed we went to our Balloonfest pizza part by papa johns and they were a no show no pizza. First year this has happened. Someone got there wires crossed.
Avoid this Papa Johns location. I've never come across such bad business ethics. This franchise location does not honor vouchers and they purposely turn off their online ordering to prohibit customers from getting online deals that corporate puts out. The $7.99 1-topping carryout isn't honored here. They charge $10, the location in Bullhead City has the deal. The Lake Havasu franchise owner cares more about profits than customer satisfaction. My $10.87 carryout order went up 70% to over $17.00 when I handed them a $10 voucher. Not cool at all. We are never returning, especially since the pizza wasn't even as good as a $5 Little Caesars. Very disappointed in this place.
Waiting for pizza for over an hour and still no pizza. Told 36 minutes for delivery.
