I just bought 2 pints of hand packed ice cream for $14.50 and got ripped off. Hand pack means hand pack not half packed. Teach your workers what they are supposed to know. I'm tired of getting over charged. Again fix the problem just maybe the customer might be telling you the truth. I have been buying ice cream way before you became the new owner. If this is the way you handle your mistakes then I will spread the word about the new owners bad customer experience. And I will not come back. That should help your future in Havasu.

Awesome shop, cheap ice with a small arcade in the back. Thrifty ice cream and snow cones...all they're missing is a pinball machine. Definitely will be back for more.
Sign says a dollar for a bag of ice was told it's a dollar fifty now even though the sign is still on the store for everyone to see $1 for a bag of ice. Change your sign if you're going to change your price

Cuz they have the best water in town filtered best tasting water in town they Triple S Moses I don't know what they do magic but either way truly an amazing Place plus you can get some Old Time Candy that you can't get anywhere else. Not quite Heather water and ice but a close second
