Usually there is a pretty long wait here but today we went right through the drive thru quickly and our order was correct
They tend to always screw up your order. I paid over $15 and they gave me dried, old, and PLAIN burgers when I ordered deluxes. Zero customer service skills, they didn't even say hello or welcome. They stared at me until I ordered and paid then they walked away.Even if it was a new employee making my food, you can't be new enough to mess an order up so much. And these people are getting paid 15+ an hour! That should be enough to at least care. But no.
This place absolutely sucks. Can't get a order right. Bad attitude of all employees and who the hell orders just a sausage breakfast sandwich. They all come with egg. Corkey is laughing at you retards
Both the people at the windows were very nice. The one at the food window was working very hard to get our order to us! Genuinely nice people!!! 3/4/22 that being said the food has become too expensive for the quality. In-N-Out is way better for less money. They've been paying thier people 14 an hour for years before McDonald's decided too. Not going to buy that excuse. Profit over people. Obviously not Christian values at work here.
Would never eat here again, went thru drive thru for breakfast and someone had taken a bite out of my hash brown! I brought it in and told the server to give back to the person that took the bite! If there was a negative rating I would give it!
The prices are outrageous! I can go to a sit down restaurant for same money! $24 for two breakfast meals. Definitely price gouging because Lake Havasu is so busy. I will not go back
Big mac tasted blah, charged me for water. Ran out of ice tea then gave me bad time when I asked for my money back.
3.49 for a mc double too much for what you get. But with wages so high and groceries so high can't be choosy for a quick fix
Dine in was blocked off so I had to go through the drive thru. 2 small cheeseburgers was about $7, NOPE, NO WAY, I backed out. McDonald's needs to drop prices before I ever go back. I hadn't been in 10+ years so it was an extreme shock to see those very high prices. HARD PASS!!! ??
We stopped by for ice cream and used the kiosk to order. Waited 30 minutes and overheard the lady at the counter tell another customer there was no ice cream. Stood in line for 10 minutes to get a refund. If the store is out of an item or the machine is broken, they should indicate such on the kiosk. Poor shift manager was stressed. It seems some emoyees called off. Well owner or district manager, step up and fill in. There were only 3 employees, probably need 5 or 6.
