I would have left 0 or better yet negative stars, but that wasn't available. We came out for my friends birthday and decided to get bagels and coffee before our last day on the lake. Bagels were fine, but wow worst customer service and experience. We had to ask about them 15 minutes later. Ordered 2 everything bagels toasted with extra cream cheeseCame out few minutes later with very light cream cheese and brought out a plain bagel and one everything. Now mistakes happen. But to hear them arguingAbout what we ordered blaming us was bad. They charged her for the extra cream cheese which we had to wait for again. Then argued with her for another 5 or so minutes. Just shocked about how rude these 2 girls were to customers. The 2nd everything bagels came out 10 minutes later with more arguing. Ridiculous
Decor is very nice but staff was not very friendly. I loved my coffee mocha first day in LH. Second day, it was not good. I asked them to sweeten and stir. they were not very nice about it. Instead just added more mocha and did not offer to remake it. Handed me a straw and told me to stir. I will not return
I love this place. Great staff, great scenery and close to a charging station for your EV. Also a great place to work. Try their White Pistachio latte, seriously.
DO NOT GO HERE. the employees are snippy and rude, and everything is overpriced. we waited over an hour for AVOCADO TOAST. and when the cook brought out the wrong plate to our table, she gave us all the attitude in the world. they are completely disorganized and don’t have good customer service. they had to “go next door” for strawberry lemonade???? and then apparently didn’t have any next door so they had to refund several costumers. honestly one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had. i absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.
Three Strikes, You're Out!Strike 1. There was only one option for the brewed coffee. Starbucks gives you three to choose from.2. The Brew was Super weak and had no flavor.3. There were only two people in line in front of me and still, I did not get my brewed coffee for 20 minutes after arriving.When I got to the front and let the girl know what I wanted, she asked me to wait, without taking my money. I stood there waiting for about 6 minutes watching her make specialty coffees for people who had ordered before I got there. Then after I finally got to pay, she still made me wait another 10 minutes while she continued to make other people's drinks, and even pour brewed coffee for one other person who ordered that ahead of me. Couldn't she have poured mine at the same time?I finally watched her spend eight seconds, literally, grabbing a cup, pouring my coffee into it, and putting a lid on it and handing it to me.SERIOUSLY???? I mean even Starbucks knows that when a customer orders brewed coffee, you pour it right then and there while they're getting their money out, and you give it to them!So that is the third strike and I will not be back.
Island coffee was good. Cute indoor area with outdoor seating as well. They have multiple food options as well as bagged coffee.

Perhaps it was because it was first thing in the morning, and we were all still waking up. Clean and cute. Notable to look at the bridge while sipping Java. Coffee was pretty standard.
Fantastic. Great coffee and fabulous chai tea latte. Food was delicious. Candied bacon will blow your mind.
The Havasu Blend is my favorite. I usually buy this medium roast by the pound.The young lady running the front counter is always as nice as can be.
