Extremely unprofessional tried calling in our order for over an. The phone just rang and rang. Then it was busy signal. I went in sjed why they weren't answering their phones they said oh the phones don't work. Also tried ordering online but it would accept my email and the total was different in store compared to online. Get it together.
1st little Caesars I have come across that closes at 8. Booooo.

I tried to call in my order to pick up 30 minutes before they close and no one will answer the phone even to tell me that they can't take my order. Really disappointed with the quality of customer service.
The only downside was that the calzone pizza was a limited time offer. So I got two orders of stuffed breadsticks and called it a night. The staff still always looks like they don't wanna be there. Gotta love those breadsticks.?
The store itself is great! My problem is with the app. It took me 10 min just to get the payment done. They only use google pay. I added my card 3 times. It gave me the option to save card...which I chose not to do. But I couldn't pay unless I saved it. Very fustrating!
Pizza is good, service is quick. But never order something that has to be modified. They will overcharge you ridiculous amounts (per topping) if you want extra toppings on your pizza ?. I could go to Bashas and do so much better without all the upcharges. Let me give you an example. I ordered the most bestest double pepperoni pizza $6 (menu item) but with NO SAUCE. To them it was a CUSTOM PIZZA and charged me $10 just because I didn't order the standard way. Just a side note, I'll easily drop $200+ for exquisite fine dining (like Hells Kitchen, etc) so that's not the problem. Corporate needs to rethink what is really important to them and how they appreciate its customers. I rarely order here because of these ridiculous charges for REMOVING a CONDIMENT from the menu item.
Last time I picked up pizzas they were not cooked long enough. The crust was still like bread dough. Very disappointing. Normally it's very good.
My favorite pizza! Thank god the kids know how to make a pizza and it's amazing! Considering it's the only one in Lake Havasu
