The service was at the drive through was very quick and easy. The employee who greeted us was an older woman with a sweet, kind, and very professional demeanor. As we approached the service window she looked at us with a pleasant and positive attitude making their service extremely enjoyable. The outside appearance was clean with no issues to mention. The reason that they did not receive a 5?rating was due to the chicken being extremely greasy and the lack of napkins to help with that issue. Other then that, the rest of the 10 piece mixed family meal was excellent. As well as the speed by which we were served.
Tried to give this the benefit of the doubt. 3x is enough! Worst food of all kfc's.Ordered all dark meat and what I got tasted like badly cooked white meat! Very dry every time. Didn't taste like kfc recipe was used either, taste was way off. Skin was so tuff a steak knife would have had trouble.It's really to bad, but never again.Don't waist your money.Staff was fine, product should not be allowed to be sold to the public!
Did a door dash order and ordered 2 coleslaws got 1 coleslaw and a Mac & cheese tried to call and they never picked up the phone.
Ordered a 3 piece original combo. Got 2 thighs and 1 leg. Eaten at many KFC"S and have always gotten a breast wing and thigh with my mixed combo.
Haven't been here in a while.noticed the price went up but expected it.the Lady at the order window was clear,nice and helpful,the young lady taking my money was friendly and curtious.it was a good experience....and I will be back.....I blame Biden for the hike in price.

Every time i go to this kfc they mess up my order. I live 45 min away so it not like i can turn back around.pollo loco from now on at least i get what i ordered

The service sucked the order was wrong ordered original wings znd and got hot wings , no butter or honey for the biscuits no plates no utensils. Not the first time it's happened so probably won't go back
