I don't like to leave bad reviews, but the employees here are not great at their jobs. I have been here a few times but today, they messed up the order for the guy in front of me twice, then they messed up my order after I repeated it 4 times. I get it, if you have a question about a customers order, ask again, but asking 4 times and still getting it wrong crosses the line. Plus they are never busy and always painfully slow. Go to a local deli, they are way better and friendlier.
This Jersey Mike's was in Lake Havasu, AZ. Always a great choice for lunch, my sub in a tub was yummy as expected yet lacking a bit in lettuce and the cold cuts seemed to be very precise as if counting the exact number of slices. Gotta have it Mike's Way, that's the best!
BE PREPARED TO PAY DISNEYLAND PRICES! My hubby and I had never been to a Jersey Mike's before. I had a roast beef, Swiss and portobello wrap, he had an Original Italian . My wrap barely had anything in it (even though it tasted good) and the meat and cheese were so thin on my hubby's sandwich that you could see through it. Again, barely any meat, MAYBE 1/2" thick with the meat and cheese. The rest of the height was bread and some veggies. With those, one drink, and 2 brownies was $36.00!! I could have had a bigger and better lunch at Denny's! SO not worth the money! Do yourself a favor and just go to the deli and make your own-for those prices you could make a few sandwiches!
I did not eat there during this visit but I have ate there before, one time it was delicious, one time it was good and one time it was average so I am going with 4 stars.

Love their subs, so yummy! Can be a bit on the expensive side but the bread is ALWAYS soft, and be sure to get a few of their really big brownies.
Food was good. Bought drinks to get ice tea which was almost clear with no taste. I told 2 employees who couldn't have cared less. They were not that busy to not make more. They just didn't care.
Rarely do I post negative reviews but this had to be done. On a 17 hour road trip back to CA we ordered sandwiches and also asked for a free water cup for some hydration…the dude behind the counter (with glasses) refused because they were out of water cups. Us: Okay- so can we have a soda cup? Him: No. ….really? I thought he was kidding. Ended up buying a water. Awkward and still thirsty. Worst customer service of my life. The new employee (dude with dreadlocks) apologized on his behalf. Not coming back.
I love their sandwiches, either hot or cold. Ingredients are great quality and the sandwich bread is fresh and tasty. Great staff that are quick and friendly!
The employees were great the sandwich artist's were awesome and the cashier was very polite, all the staff was professional and high spirited, the sandwiches were outstanding as always. In and out within 10 min with a line of people.
