My wife is a big Jack in the box fan this one was okay but they forgot to put the sauce on her tacos. We had another Jack in the box today in California and it was served with sauce he was very happy.
The food is okay when they get your order correct, but I never know from one visit to the next if they'll even be open [during posted business hours]. I went in the afternoon at the beginning of May & went inside, where others were seated at tables, eating, to order, but when I went back on Tuesday, May 31st, at 6:30 in the evening, the lobby was locked and no one was at the drive-thru.
I checked our order before pulling away from the window, because..experiance. There was a taco missing. Yes a simple taco. We ordered 4, there was only 3 in the bag. I looked?. Then some random guy comes to the drive thru and starts pulling our food out which god only knows where his hand has been! Meanwhile, while he has his mits on our food the kid who accepted our payment, slide the guy a taco. Magically we had 4 "the whole time". No we didn't we ? looked & i watch him handoff the taco. Ok whatever. When asked what sauce i said ranch and good good sauce. Why then did that boy give me ranch & avocado limes sauce.. Really? Bottom line not there best.
Went thru the drive thru on 4-1 ordered the loaded tiny tacos and stuffed jalapeño peppers, sat at the window for awhile because the employees were all talking to each other and moving at a snail’s pace, got home my order was wrong had just tiny tacos not loaded and instead of jalapeño poppers I got chicken nuggets WTH I called and of course no one answers the phone and this was at 3:30pm not busy so I guess they couldn’t break away from their conversation. Will never go back this was the 2nd time my order was wrong, food doesn’t taste good enough to go back
One of the better Jack in the Box's. Staff was phenomenal, food was freshly prepared, and it was clean...except for the restrooms ugh..but that's an easy fix.
