A lady at the front desk asked me to leave for coming in, in my shorts and swim top straight from the lake. There was a male behind me with no shirt yet he was ok to stay. Completely unacceptable behavior. I had a full covering swim top that only showed a small amount of my stomach yet this male was completely bare up top. I couldn't stay yet he could?How is this fair? Do better In & out
Have never had a bad burger here, but finally did, maybe the heat and it wasnt kept to temperature correctly, but the meat tasted funny and we all had gut issues. Sad day.
It's In-n-Out so the food is good.Custoner area very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
We are at the facility in Lake Havasu City. I was actually convinced to eat here by a passenger golf cart driver who said he used to be a buyer for In & Out. 94% lean hamburger patties, special potatoes cooked in healthier oil, and special training given to the employees. A bit pricey but we all enjoyed our meal here. Btw, why is it so hard to get sweet tea in Arizona?

There wasn't a line and I got to order immediately. Got our food very fast. Employees at In-N-Out are always very customer oriented and professional. Many restaurants could learn from this chain and their management
To start with they wear gloves and they touch money then they touch food why do you have them wear gloves I wanted a medium hamburger and they would not make it. It was well done taste like cardboard inside cooking area was dirty.
What happened to the fries they used to be delicious these were soggy and had no taste. Maybe time to change the oil or something I don't know normally normally I don't not eat fries...
Best burger you can get.Everything made to order as always, fast and friendly. Definitely worth going.
