It was a quiet morning and I was the focus of attention. Great service and great food.
Not only was Jessica a five star server but everyone in there was so friendly really made my day the food was awesome and of course it’s affordable
So before our food was served I went to the restroom we had been driving 15 hours washed my hands and 1 of the ladies that works here was standing behind me waiting to wash her hands, I guess I was taking to long and she walked out of the restroom WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!!! I was looking for her I wanted to make sure she wasn't serving or anywhere near our food.. but there she was in the back talking to other servers. I told my server what happened she went and talked to the girl the girl idk what happened after that.. so no more IHOP from here.. Nxt time we will keep driving!!
Came in yesterday at about 10am. A new girl Mandy was our server. I couldn't believe she is new. The absolute best service we have EVER had anywhere!!! I actually offered her a job but she politely declined unfortunately. My only complaint would be how long it took them to cook our food. At least 45-50 minutes.*UPDATE: I had to change my rating after going back a cpl days ago, asking for our same waitress, and finding out corporate fired her for a table walking out due to long cook times. Last time I checked, servers do not cook. The cooks ALWAYS take forever!!!! Treat your awesome employees better. You lost my business.
Food was great nothing like a big breakfast. Service was cool friendly waitress. NOT BUSY BUT FOOD Tooka long time to me.
It was fun and the people there were really nice. I had trouble making a choice for what I wanted for breakfast and the waitress helped he choose between two things with a combo meal!
We came for breakfast before going to the swapmeet. My wife and I were looking forward to having breakfast at I-Hop because it had been years since we had been there. Before ordering we went to go to the bathroom to wash our hands and that was it for both of us. The bathrooms are disgusting and just the thought of a restaurant employee going to those bathrooms and going back to work cooking or serving food, hands washed or not just doesn't do it for me. I don't think I will be hopping back here anytime soon.
Amazing food, has the the nicest, hardworking employees. Especially the hostess with the mostesssst. ?
We had a bad experience here and the manager Denise called us personally to invite us back and give her the opportunity to redeem themselves. We took her up on the offer and the service and food quality was 100x better than what we had previously experienced. She did in fact earn our business back. Thank you Denise.
Had the best service I have seen in 6 month from anywhere. Food was great.
