Phenomenal Service from food quality to service! This establishment has new management and owners. They are great! Will definitely be back more often now.. thanks pollo loco staff for making my night.
This El Pollo Loco is clean and the staff is very friendly. If you come here too late in the evening the chicken does get pretty dry so it's something to consider. I love that you can get horchata from the soda machine here!My favorite part about this particular location is that the parking lot is very large vehicle friendly. Here in Lake Havasu that's very important.We have a lot of out-of-towners here who don't necessarily know the area and they're towing boats or side-by-sides or driving big RVs. This parking lot has all the room you need to get in here and get a great meal.
The few times I've been here I thought they were really good, but last night I was disappointed. I went through the drive-thru and I got my order, the beans were mostly broth with no beans and the green salad was like half a salad. It was disappointing for the money, but what can you do these days? Costs more in gas to drive back, so I think I will stay away for awhile.
Wonderful experience at el pollo loco!! Never felt more welcomed. The food is amazing and fresh! The chicken is well seasoned and cook! Will never find another place like this. El pollo loco now has a loyal customer.
Don’t go here!!! Place is horrible. I won’t ever step foot in here again. Customer service needs skills, don’t waste your hard earned money here.
Love that they have a keto burrito! A little small for the price, but still really great to have unique menu offerings.
I love their food but twice this week I’ve gone when it said they were open online and it’s been closed or only had the drive through open. I’ve frustrating. If your not going to be open, change your hours online.After posting this review the El Pollo Loco staff contacted me about the staffing problems they were having and their work to fix it. Definitely a 5 for customer service!
They grilled my classic chicken Burrito it was no longer a burrito it was so crisp I could call it a Taquito , I ate it but wasn't to happy I hate giving bad reviews but this wasn't what I wanted. El Pollo Loco looked like they changed the menu I couldn't even find the classic chicken burrito on it before asking if they still had it . If I wanted a chicken taquito I would have ordered a chicken taquito . Clean bathrooms to so can't complain to much .
I love Pollo Loco, but the one located in Havasu... For a place called POLLO Loco, the chicken serving sizes in their pollo bowls are laughable. I Counted 6 pieces of chopped chicken in my bowl, really? Mostly rice and it was super watery/mushy too. Interesting that the prices on their menu are higher, but the quality decreases every time I go. I have noticed that with this specific location it is always the same set of problems.1. Unsanitary inside (tables are never clean)2. Portion sizes3. Opening and closing hours are constantly changing including the hours for the lobby as well4. Online ordering issuesPlease do better- Every customer that would like to enjoy food from Havasu Pollo Loco.
