They no longer make the sandwiches in front of you at the time of ordering, they take phones orders ahead of the line and you have no way of knowing how long you will be waiting for a sandwich. Some of the current employees just seem to stand around when the place is full and people are waiting. People that ordered their food way after me where served before me. Zero Organization since they change things around. That place used to be a local gem.

Ed's is a town favorite that the locals frequent. Food is always fresh and tasty. They have more than sandwiches. Highly recommend the Mac n Cheese!

Used their online order system and ordered a sandwich for ASAP pick up time. I ordered at 11am and go to their shop and they said my order was way at the bottom at it would be another half hour before it was ready @ 12:37. Told them to cancel because I don’t have 30 minutes to wait I was on a lunch break. They didnt seem to care because they were busy, but they had many employees working. Dont recommend for a quick bite to eat. The employees dont show professionalism either.

I've been going here since I was a kid, great place and a staple to Lake Havasu. It has new ownership but thankfully they're keeping the food the same. I went here last week and it was great as always. Thanks for not changing.

Super yummy veggie pita! The staff kind and helpful. Must be good as busy with locals for lunch.

I have loved this place since I was a wee lad. Amazing quality subs, (or hoagies) with a south-of-the-border influence with their signature pepper sauce. I would rate this place 5 stars, but for months they've had a "Help Wanted" sign, and I applied, having extensive short order kitchen experience, and my love of the place. Haven't heard a word about an interview, and I pester them about it every time I'm there as a delivery driver, and as a customer. I feel like they are gaslighting the community into thinking they can run a skeleton crew, but have sympathy because of the idea "no one wants to work". Realistically, if they can operate at the same potential during busy times, with half the staff, why hire more help? All you risk is stressing your key employees with increased workload when your business has the capital to hire more employees to reduce workload.

sandwiches are good. staff is slow plan for 20 minutes to get a sandwich if there's someone in front of you

This is a local favorite and each sandwich is made in front of you with care to your exact specifications. The Ed’s pepper sauce is great and the sandwich super fresh. However, their system is one of the inefficient I’ve ever seen. It took almost 10 min to make 2 sandwiches and even with 8 people working the line took forever.

Delicious subs with a bread different than other subs. I love their pepper sauce. Very fresh tasting.

Sandwiches are out of this world. Very good food and the store has true feel of something from 50s. Will go there many more times.
