Very dissatisfied. No more JACKED UP BRC BUT NOW NO SPICY JACK QUESADILLA. No more pepper jack cheese!! Maybe we’ll try Taco Bell from now on
Go through the drive thru after an already long day. No line, awesome. Should be quick. Place our order and make our way around the corner to have some dude walk up to the window between us and the car picking up their order. Places a big order and then stands there and waits. After us and the car behind had already placed our orders. Why didn’t you ask him to step back, serve us in the order we arrived, and then let the jackass pick up his giant order?? Also didn’t listen and ended up over charging us and giving us not what we asked for. Now we have a nice, cold, wrong order.
Update: 5/19/2022. My husband returned yesterday against my better judgment. The shrimp in the tacos were burned. The crust was unacceptable. That was it for me. I wanted to take pictures, but I was fed up. It went in the trash. If my husband comes there again, he will be eating in the garage.Pay attention. My husband came in from working at the hospital. First, the First Responders offer was not presented. Second, he did not ask for Cheesecake Rolls. Listen. He asked you about the Donut Bites. Once he arrived home, guess what was in the bag? It was not donut bites that’s for sure. He should have checked the bag yes; but you should have listened. Last night, there were no problems. The staff was fantastic. What happened overnight? The food was great that’s why I added a star. Have a great evening. He likes them. Thank you!!!!
They dont answer there phone and they forgot to give me all the food we ordered. It would be better customer service if you could get a hold of the resturant to speak to someone and not gave to sit in there drive through for 20mins.
The night shift likes roughhouse and playing in the kitchen , gives additude when ordering. The portion sizes are inconsistent to and frequently forgets items in the bag. This was definitely my last trip to Del Taco
Ordered online and walked 20 minutes from hotel to pick up order. The lights were on but they were closed. I called the next day to ask for refund and they said they cannot give refunds.As of today 02/21/22 I still cannot get ahold of anybody to discuss a refund. They do not answer the phone. Very poor management and the franchise should have higher standards! I guess I will have to dispute the charge.
This Del Tacos food is always fresh with higher quality food than other Del Tacos with the perfect amount of seasoning. I’ve eaten here twice a month for over two years and I have tried everything on the menu with no complaints. I would have given them 5 stars however the customer service here varies. Some of the kids that work there don’t understand how lucky they are to be employed there and what it means to be part of a team. When you take it upon yourself to treat a customer poorly because your showing off it doesn’t just effect you. …your perfect score is only three stars now. Your name is not on here anywhere but you know who’s is? Del Taco. Remember that.
If you don't have the large shells to accommodate an order for the "Del Taco" Fiesta pack then say so. Don't just slide a tiny taco shell inside of another tiny taco shell and call it a Del Taco. And the shells were so stale we could barely get them to snap when we bit into them. Also the little young girls at the window should pay more attention to their job rather than laughing and flirting with other people's boyfriends in the drive through.
So this is the 2nd time I have eaten here. The first time was a year ago and it sucked. But I thought I would try it again. This time the food was OK but I found a small rock in my burrito . When I called and spoke to the manager she said that happens sometimes because the make there beans fresh and it was probably a hard bean. I told her no it was a rock. I will never eat at Del Taco again !!
