Zero stars- have not been able to accept a DQ gift card for month. Get it fixed or stop advertising gift cards on your website.
Spent quite a bit of money but they were out of just about everything that we wanted to order (including BBQ sauce on the side) so we had to make different meal choices for just about everyone in our party. One of our meals was supposed to come with parfait cup, that was missing from our order. The cashier was very polite though.
Been going here since it opened. Appreciate them and their location. I like their food especially the choices of ice cream treats. Thanks for your staff always nice.
So I came to this place On Vacation to order two chicken Sandwiches and when I get my order one is a complete raw chicken breast breaded… I literally bite the sandwich twice before realizing the only thing cooked was the breaded part… then I threw up twice on my way in the store telling them what happened and all they asked was would you like a refund… I would never recommend this place
My wife and I ordered here today and we both regret it immensely. I ordered a 1/2lbs flamethrower burger, and she had a 4pc chicken strip basket. When I unwrapped my burger, even with my terrible since of smell, I could immediately tell my burger was spoiled. That sickly sweet smell filled the car. The burger looked nearly green and the lettuce looked brown.Regretfully, my wife had already eaten a handful of her fries before I observed the awful state of my burger. My wife knowing that i was hungry, offered me some of her chicken strips with the quip "who could mess up chicken strips?" Apparently this dairy queen can and did.When my wife and I returned home, she was vomiting for over a half an hour, while I was fighting to stay out of the bathroom (and I only had a single chicken strip). The only thing that wasn't abhorently disgusting were the sodas.I would rather eat nothing than go anywhere near this place again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Had to drive back and have my order remade.French fries were gross and my kids wouldn't eat the hotdogs even though they normally eat hotdogs no problem. Waste of gas. Hope this place gets better.
Waited 20 min for 2 shakes saw 5 cars leave drive through only line of cars long. Cone last time 1/2 the size of previous. Need new management.
Free cone day was awesome, so was my burger. Service was 5 star as always.
Just moved to Havasu and was excited to see dairy queen, its been one of my favorites but This is a pic of my so called Large fries. Not to mention they where cold. My hamburger had brown slimey lettuce on it. Here is the kicker no other customers where at the restaurant. Employees just didn't feel like making a new batch of fries is what I am assuming. So sad to pay top pricing these days ( 32.00 order) to recieve this type of food.
I’ve always been a fan of DQ but I hardly ever go so while passing threw Lake Havasu we decided to stop and grab a bite. I’m glad the food and the blizzards are still amazing but the thing that’s makes food better to me is when it is accompanied by a greet staff. I recommend stopping here for good food and great service.
