I’ve always loved Chipotle but the customer service here is terrible. I paid to have food delivered and I never received it. I received a notification saying it was delivered but it just didn’t show up. so i drove down to see if i could pick up my order instead. i showed them proof of my payment and order. After, they refused to make me my food and sent me off. So, I am out $20 with no food. Clearly it doesn’t matter to them, but they lost a customer.
Updating this review a couple of years later to add more information. This chipotle location is the best one that I have been too, and I only realized it after we moved out of state. They never messed up my pick up order, the staff was always very friendly, and they never forgot to give me napkins or cutlery. It's also very clean and the food always looked fresh, not dried out like it had been sitting in the warmers for several hours. Since moving, I have been to some pretty horrible locations.
The newer employees are argumentative and seemingly have no training in customer service. The corporate operation, responding to complaints, is outstanding. As for the food, the pollo asado is incredibly tasty, and there are no complaints with any of the options. If ordering ahead was more dependable (sometimes you end up waiting even if you've used the app) that would be the solution to get around the new employees.
Food is great, standard chipotle fresh taste and simplicity. However, the service here has been nothing but difficult. As an almost weekly customer here, it is dissapointing to see the store closed to online orders only, closed early, or frequently running out of common food items like black beans. There's always been something wrong at this location including really long wait times, but the food tastes good. As long as you don't mind all the inconveniences here, it's fine. Guac was fantastic I must add though.
I typically have a great experience at this Chipotle. However, this recent trip was a complete failure. They didn't have multiple of the items such as cheese, salsa, Pico. Extremely disappointing. Many of the crew were sitting getting back doing who knows what instead of preparing food. Like I said, usually I enjoy this location but this particular time I was sorely disappointed.
They were out of several items. Black beans, sour cream. Only had cilantro lime rice. Service was really good
The new Pollo Asada is great. Chipotle will always be good, but I feel the quality has declined just SLIGHTLY. However, whatever your tastes, I know there is something here you will enjoy

It’s 7:45pm on a Saturday and they’re closed, sign says open till 10pm daily? Been a few times recently and every time I’ve gone it seems they never have enough staff and are very slow to respond to guests. Not the standard experience you’d come to expect of a chipotle.
I just received my order and I can't even eat it. It is so full of cilantro that it is not edible. I will never order from Chipotle again.
