Came here while in town for the 4th of July. The employees are nice but honestly has to be one of the worst chilis locations i have visited as far as the food goes. We had a larger party and not one person was happy with their food. It was all cold and didn't taste the same. The restaurant was pretty empty, no wait time at all. So it wasn't seeming like that was the reason for the cold food or awkward tastes. 2 stars for the employees that were nice but that is about it.
The big bacon bbq burger was on point!! Totally worth $16/ jk but for real pretty damn good. The new queso n spinach dip doesn't compare to the spinach n artichoke dip. Not even close. I was so disappointed when the waitress delivered a steaming hot bowl of queso cheese with FULL pieces of spinach on the top, cheddar cheese melted into a blob in the middle along with scoops of tomatoes and guacamole. All in one bowl. Why change something that was so good. Oh yeah there are now robots working here. No for real I'm serious.
Robots are replacing workers here.. it's different but not necessaryNice bartender and atmosphere, as chili's has a nice reputation for having. If you go during happy hour sit accordingly ?
Service was great! Had a small issue with a glass that wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, but they happily took care of the issue and the rest of the dishes looked clean. Food was great and we enjoyed our dinner.
Good food and great customer service! The cook made thr quesadilla exactly as my date orders it ❤️
We sat at a booth in the bar. Trent was our server. Service was very good. Chili's has gluten-free options. Definitely will be back.
Great people. Good food. Fries were kinda soft & they forgot dressing for Togo items. But order was correct & tastes just like I remember. Insanely nice crew.
$25 dinner for 2 is the way to go! Appetizers or salad, main meal, 2 sides plus dessert! Sat in bar area and had the best service! Our ice teas never got below half empty! Waitress was very attentive forsure!
They have gone downhill sadly. Most staff are interested more in each other than the paying customers. Chili was old and overly salted, salad was limp.I miss the quickly seated when the place isn't busy, orders taken right away and of course fresher food.
