Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed! I had to repeat my order 7 times, the manager and the employee were bickering the entire time and I watched two customers give up and walk away waiting for some one to even acknowledge them!
Of all the years I've been going to Carl's Jr. I've never had such exceptional sincere service as the service Bryce provided for my fiance and I tonight. This review is specifically for Bryce and his outstanding customer service! That man deserves a darn raise!!!! We were served 6/6/22 at almost 10pm.
I pulled into Carl's Jr. Just before 10:00. The hours listed on the internet are until 11:00. I placed my order which had to be cooked so I waited in the parking lot. I saw two cars pull into the drive-thru and pull right out. When Gene came out with my food I asked him if they were closed and he said yes. I was so surprised that he fed me and I was very delighted and he was very kind. Thank you Gene Carl's Jr for feeding me after closing!
A major change over the past couple of decades. This place had been a 1 star for 20 years. New management have done wonders. . . Welcome back Carl's.
Had the promo burger with my boyfriend. The double golddigger burger. Some zuzukiney and shared a drink. Always nice to come in ?
Great location the morning afternoon staff is on point always. Orders come out great and quickly. The lobby and eating areas are kept in great shape and clean. I'll keep coming back for sure!
The girl behind the counter had excellent customer service qualities. The food was good and it was hot.

Ordered $30.00 worth of food. My sons burger had nothing in it but bacon.All I asked for was no cheese add bacon. Got a plain burger. Tried to call p hi one rings busy all the time.
