9:30 A.M. 3 to 5 customers in a 20 minute period, employees couldn't handle it. Nobody got the right food, and they were locking the front door by 10. Horrible service, shouldn't have to wait 20 plus minutes for a sandwich
I was at Burger King in Lake Havasu this morning at 9:00 am. I placed my order and there was a man power washing the drive thru. When it was my turn to move forward he raised his hands at me like I was at fault. Husband even said, sorry just trying to get our order. He didn't say anything. Jerk! Next we get to the window and the kid at the window is pretty confused. He takes our money then walks away from the window. He leaves and comes back and says he is waiting on eggs? We sat and sat and sat some more until my husband finally hollered into the open window to try to get someones attention. No one ever appeared. We finally drove after after paying with no food! Never again will they get my business or any of my families!
The Place Was Clean & The Employee Was Nice But The Service Terrible it Took 20 Mins to Get My Order & Was Wrong. There Two Drive Up Window & One Customer Inside. Where is Management
The WORST BK Franchise ever in all my 64 yrs of travel. Never ever again! With zero customers in the restaurant it took 20 mins.+to generate my simple "meal" & they still got it wrong. As Charles Barkley would say . . .Turrruble . . . just Turruble!
No Straws , No Lids , No ice in the soda machine , asked for ketchup and literally gave me 1 packet, Lady On her phone will working completely slow and multiple people left from the store. not coming back here!
Lettuce was rotten, not just wilted, but rotted and fetid and obviously brown so they know what they did. Also forgot tomato on sandwich and onion rings were cold/old/tough. Ordered large french fry was given medium or small. Won't be back to this location. NO wonder there was nobody else there.
Second time I have gotten a burger that tasted like it had been over cooked, looked it too. Customer service was great though.
I was at the Lake Havasu City location today and had yet another terrible experience there. When I was there it took 30 minutes of waiting to get my food. Let me paint the picture,I pulled into the drive thru and was told to glance through the menu. After waiting for about ten minutes, two employees came out to the drive thru nearly arms legnths away from my car, did not aknowledge me waiting and then proceed to argue over how the drive thru menu has changed. After a minute of that, the two employees walked inside and finally took my order, which had to be corrected a third time as I got to the window. Once at the window, I paid and patiently waited for my order. Which took 20 minutes. As I waited, the employees with the window open to my vehicle and the building began cursing and yelling at a customer inside about not wanting to give him a refund. After the customer left, the employees continued to curse and complain about the customer. While this happened, one employee started taking a drive thru order, which she began arguing with the customer over the headset. To which, I would like to point out, the customer was correct because on the drive thru menu is said something completely different than what she was yelling. It took three employees to finish taking this person's order. After receiving my food and driving off, I realized my entire meal was cold and some of my fries were very under cooked. This is extremely disappointing, I understood this when BK had only two employees working but there were six people working today. Will not recommend this location to anyone and will actively tell people to steer clear from this Burger King. Burger King has been dethroned and should be serving to the other clowns of the fast food industry.

went by at around 7 o’clock, couldn’t order any food because the store is closed (2/27/2022)… hours say they close at 11pm online, all the lights turned off around the building, please excuse my confusion but this isn’t the first time… the store shouldn’t be closed, or at least put a sign up??? from what i understand the franchise is undergoing some changes to management, and let me just add this is not a great start… i will call corporate
