Went there for their fish fry on a Friday night. It was surprisingly good! Fish was nicely battered and fried, very light. Fries were cooked perfectly and tasty. The cole slaw had just the right amount of tang. We had a waitress that clearly hasn't done serving before but she was as sweet as could be. I feel so bad for restaurants these days, it's tough to find servers with experience. If their attitude is good and they are really trying I leave the big tip regardless. It's such a thankless job.

Food quality was not at all worth the cost felt more like hospital food. The service was not great either everything kind of oozed of I don't care and I don't want to be here. The check was brought to our table with our food and then drinks were not refilled first and second ketchup bottles were empty and anything that was asked for had to be asked for twice. The only positive was there was no wait to sit and hardly any wait for our food because the place was mostly empty.

This review is for the Goodyear, Az location. Today we had a great experience, it was a Saturday morning around 9:30 am when we arrived. Very few cars in the parking lot which almost scared us away because we were afraid that the restaurant might be so bad that no one would eat there... we decided to take a chance and I'm glad did. The restaurant was pretty clean, all of the employees were nice, our waitress was great and best of all the food was really good. Also, just after we were seated the restaurant got much busier.

Service was not the greatest. It took over 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Then most of it was cold. The bathroom a disaster and the employees were in the bathroom and just looked at the mess and walked out. We will not be back.

every thing it was eselent service also eselente ver good foood l love it

First and last time how can you mess up breakfast it was cold hashbrowns were hard like a rock couldn't even cut them toast wasn't browned was told toaster broken...sad don't waste your money.....

This place would be 4 or 5 stars if they could just figure out their hiring issues. That being said service is among the slowest and unprofessional as well. For is tasty and price is affordable, if you are craving pie there is always other locations

Went in all excited to grab some pies for my birthday and then they literally had 2 pies left... the two least popular flavors. Person working the counter seemed like they had more important things to be doing, funny, since the place was completely empty.

I had not been here for a few years due to bad food and bad service. Figured we would give it a try again in hopes over the years things had changed. Bad mistake and a waste of money again. Food was terrible burnt pancakes served to my husband. When he mentioned in front of server that he didn't eat because they were burnt. They never offered to remake or never even offered an apology. I had tons of brown bad lettuce in my salad. And my daughter's fries were over cooked and hard. Service was not good either. Will never be back now. No more chances with my money.

Was so excited to see opening at 6am arrived at 6:10 not open ,went and got gas came back at 6:30 doors unlocked but waitress said they were not open yet. Sign on door said open at 6 am. So angry, this is how you run a business? No thanks . Thank you Panera great breakfast!
