We got to the store 45 minutes before they closed. There was a line of 8 people but we heard such great things we thought it would be worth the wait. The African American girl instead of helping customers started closing up the store. Picked up all the chairs and put them on top of tables. She was just cleaning and ignoring the line. It took us 40 minutes to get our shakes. The shakes where okay but not worth waiting watching someone close down the store.
I actually saw this while we were in Las Vegas this weekend and at the time, we were too full to get a milk shake...but we were delighted to see they had a location near Phoenix!I think the idea is cool, the prices aren't bad. I personally love cereal and as a kid would put ice cream in my cereal along with some milk! (I was actually surprised to see that wasn't a menu option, since they do serve just milk and cereal too!)Definitely worth a try! I tried the chocolate lovers milk shake, it has pieces of nearly every chocolate cereal you can think of blended in and sprinkled on top. My husband had vanilla ice cream with Reese's Puffs, a few were blended in to the ice cream and then the rest sprinkled on top. All in all we thought it was good and a creative spin on an ice cream shop!
The employees are friendly but hard to understand behind the plexiglass and behind masks. The concept is interesting and they have a great name but $13 for a small shake is what will keep potential customers away. The ice cream is more ice than cream so at this quality I would not pay more than $4 for the same product quality at a fast food restaurant. Sure there wouldn't be actual cereal at that price but it would be similar quality of the rest of the ingredients. There's no way that all of the 5 star reviews are legitimate unless there was a HUGE change in the ingredients between then and now.
If you love cereal, ice cream ?and coffee! I recommend this place. First time here and I would come back. My family loved it as well. Be patient with the confectioners they are doing a great job!
Place is pretty cool. Awesome concept!! The young girl behind the counter was all by herself though on a Friday during spring break. She could've used some help. But she did great!! 10 on service
We went on a Sunday around 2 and it was busy! The staff was friendly and helpful. The were also patient as we had 3 kids giving their own orders. They had a long line, but helped everyone in a timely manner. It was no longer a wait than cold stone or any other place that hand makes their desert. The shakes were loaded with cereal, not just sptinkled on the top like a lot of other places we've tried. It made for such a yummy milkshake. The price seemed high until we saw the quality and that they didn't skimp on anything. If my husband says it was worth the cost then it most definitely is! We will be back.
Fun friendly environment. A fresh new concept for kids and adults. DELICIOUS
Went here the other day with a friend and family. The wait was ridiculous but I understand they were still new to it, however they need to get actual blenders I think so it’s less time making the shakes. I ended up getting an iced coffee and it was not good. It tasted like it wasn’t sweetened and that the coffee was watered down. My friend also got an iced coffee and said the same thing. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law both got shakes and liked it but because those machines just get rinsed off my sister-in-law could still taste coffee and she gets headaches with coffee.I would actually go back but would rather go someplace else for fancy shakes.
The cookies-n-cream pop tart shake was delicious and the staff was very helpful and polite.
The ice cream and shakes are absolutely delicious at this place. We love the concept. However, I don’t understand why they don’t have proper lids for the ice cream cups. There aren’t any public restrooms, nor are there many places to sit. Most people who order are taking their ice cream or shake to go. I thought it was nice that the employee handed me two separate cups, one with my ice cream, and one with my toppings. But unfortunately, the ice cream was completely runny. Definitely not what I was expecting. Plus the toppings shouldn’t have to be separate from the actual ice cream because the place lacks proper supplies. Tonight was a waste of $15.
