Went on a Saturday night and hated this location. The waiter rolled her eyes at us when she seen the hostess seat us in her section. My drink was absolutely disgusting I barely drank any of it. I paid $9 with out tip for two sips of trash. The whole establishment was dirty and not well managed. I will not be returning.
I had a farewell dinner for my whole family, which is a bit overwhelming, they seated us right away which was great, we didn't have to wait. I was beyond pleased with the service we were all all provided. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back
I've been here several times in the past, I noticed when the chicken wings come out slower they tend to be juicier. When they came out very fast, they were very dry. Even when sent back, the next set was dry too but as bad. Please take time, your wings usually have great flavor, don't mess it up by rushing things. I'll be back.
Just visited Tailgaters on Estrella at about 5pm on Sunday afternoon.... can't rate anything beyond the customer service and cleanliness or what I felt was a lack there of.First coming in the door, the two young ladies at the door ignored us initially. After a couple of minutes of standing there, they acknowledged us, seated us and provided no menu's. The floor was greasy/slippery under my feet, and the table had not been wiped.We sat there for several minutes waiting for menu's. A gentleman came to our table without menu's and looking displeased. He proceeded to what I feel was rudely tell us that our coffees that had just been purchased in the same parking lot were not allowed..... we explained that we'd just got them at Ditch Bros... he said we could have put something in them....We said thank you and left.... we didn't spend the $35.00 we'd have spent today, but will also never spend any of the future money we possibly could have spent with them.I understand that this may be a liquor license issue, but other options could have been presented. Also, a different demeanor brought to our table could have changed our experience, and possibly we'd have come again another time.
We love the food here but ordering delivery is always so bad. We have tried several times and things are ALWAYS forgotten. The cashier was sweet but clearly not trained and it took a 14 minute phone call to place an order for 4 items. I was not told how long it would take and called after an hour and a half and was told the driver was just now leaving. We live maybe 15 minutes away and 35 minutes later, our food finally arrived missing the sauces that we requested and a calzone with zero marinara. It’s unfortunate but we won’t be ordering delivery again.
I consider myself a poor man's pizza connoisseur so I had to try this place since it was very close to my home. I made it the first pizza place I tried since moving here in early April and although I liked the atmosphere, the pizza was just ok, nothing special. I was underwhelmed by the taste as they consider themselves a "pizzeria" I expected more... Still a nice place to hang out with a bar and tvs and an outdoor patio.
I LOVED this place for a long time. After kids softball games, sports, and just hanging with friends, this was the spot. I don’t know what happened in the last year but service, managers, food, and a few bartenders have become less than desirable to say the least. Ordered fries while waiting for friends. 1 server on the patio on a big sports night. They came cold, no one cared. Manager was just grumpy. Servers clearly unhappy. This type of issues has happened the past few times I’ve been here. Wife doesn’t even want to come back now. I’m truly sad what has happened to my favorite sports bar.
We ate here today 04/07/22 and it was not a good experience. The waitress was amazing and very on top of her game but that is where the good things stopped. First off the women's bathroom was so bad I felt dirtier after leaving it. We ordered 10 salt and pepper wings, Blue cheese burger and mushroom swiss burger both of them medium done. The food came out quickly so no complaints there. The blue cheese burger was very rare and the mushroom swiss was well done. The mushroom swiss was so greasy it literally poured grease when it was picked up. The bottom bun was basically mush. I couldn't eat the blue cheese burger as rare never sits well in my stomach. The fries,with the exception of one raw one, were actually very tasty. The wings were so dry even the dip couldn't save them. I really hope we just came on an off day as the place had nice atmosphere and plenty of TV and good decorations. The waitress offered to refund some items but we declined and she gave us a coupon for a future visit. She was a gem.
Really nice place! Same great tasting pizza and wings like all the others! I like this one because of the size. Waitress was a little too busy but she did her job very well.
Love the vibe! LOTS of TVs with different sports on. Food was good pub food!
