It's Taco Bell. If I have to explain it, then you just don't get it.
This Taco Bell is a hidden gem. Tucked away off of Litchfield and the I-10, the lines are never long and I get my food immediately and it’s always up to snuff. Plus, the drive through people always ask how I’m doing. This Taco Bell is a class act. I recommend.
This location is excellent with their timing; starting from the time I pull up to place my order, I’m out of there within 60 seconds. However, the quality is not there at all. I’ve been served cold food several times, as well as the food just falling apart or being very stale.
I'm not trying to be rude as I know your employees work hard for not even enough for their monthly rent. However jf someone doesn't want an ingredient on their food and not once or twice but FIVE SEPERATE times is given that ingredient and everytime after calling is just told to come back.... that's unacceptable. Gas is so ridiculous, it's 100 plus degrees and I should get what I ordered. I've got pictures of five times getting ingredients I specifically asked to be ĺeft off put on my food. Over $35 dollars just on food not to mention the gas to get there and back. Totally unacceptable. I don't know if your employees don't care about people with allergies but I'm not ending up in the hospital because someone can't read a receipt. This isn't an isolated incident. Someone contact me asap please.
The employees were not paying much attention to the front area we were there for a good 3 minutes before anybody came to take our order. The young man brought our order out he was very polite and I watched a man walk out the door after waiting for a few minutes because nobody would come and take his order. The restaurant was very clean the food was good but the employees were not the best.
It’s Taco Bell…. Not much to say. BTW, Not going to give any fast food place 5 star.
This place a a foul little mouth that works in the back. Waited in line to hear everything with no one in the drive-thru and me the only person there. The manager joked saying maybe you need to go home….. foul little mouth said profanity that she does. The manager then said she would be right with me. I then decide not to eat the negative food she was making. NO THANKS. I’ll go to filebertos instead or Del Taco.
The staff was tremendous and we got our food insanely quick. Definitely appreciated that since we were on the road for so long.
When the online and menu pics make you think you’re actually gonna get a taco with meat and you get this!
This location has messed up something on my order three times in the past month. I've placed my order via the app so I don't see what the issue is. I also feel that Taco Bell has been becoming more expensive in general.
