I made a online order and my sandwich once again was wrong! My order on my receipt was correct but I didn't get the correct sandwich. I ordered a turkey/avo and that's not what I got. I did take pictures of the sandwich this time.
$20 for 2 subs on the stalest possible bread, slowly prepared with the whole team, minus one begrudging team member who had to get up, sitting down at tables hanging out. Never going back.
They don’t accept coupons! I came to this location to order my sandwich, excited about the $7.99 footlong meal deal coupon I just got in the mail, I order my food and when I get to the register the employee pointed to a black and white computer printout saying they no longer accept any coupons due to management’s decision. The cashier further went on to explain he wished management was more transparent about the coupons no longer being accepted and recommended they post a letter on the outside door, however, the franchise management refused and said to post the notice by the cash register! That, to me, is a shady way of doing business. I will not be back.
This location does honored the coupons with the price on them, smh. This why I stop coming to subway. There's always an issue with the coupons. I thought I've give them a try, but no it fail. ? ? ?

The 2 girls working the line Friday night deserve appreciation, not getting overwhelmed but being understanding they were awesome.
Although the guys that were working there were extremely polite, one of them kept coughing. He had no mask on at all. Coughing all over the food while making food and didnt cover his mouth or turn away. Not once. I was sitting there watching the whole time. Mgmt, train on proper ways to wear a mask. If we the customer make it a point to wear a mask before entering, the employess handling the food should also be wearing a mask. Especially if one of them is constantly coughing. Come on. I dont want someone coughing all over my food. Thk god he wasnt the one who made my food. But i feel for the other people he made food for.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere. My sub was delicious.
I was going to order a wrap but they were out of the tomato and basil tortillas so I ordered a sandwich instead. Without asking the guy took 3 bucks off my order as compensation for not having it. Very cool of him.
