This subway locations is going down hill , all the staff is poorly trained , not very pleasant at all. Subway is not what it used to be despite its refreshed menus.Picked up my online order and it was a disaster for the 3rd time. Will not come to this location ever again!
They don't really care about the customer, I pay for a large soda and find out they didn't have sodas available when I ask them why they didn't say anything they jus said we have Gatorade, definitely not the answer a customer expects
Tried ordering online thru the Subway app with apprehensive hope. I was not disappointed. My order was completed correctly and the whole experience was enjoyable.
What am awful expirence. ?I had my husband pick me up a sandwich since I hadn't eaten all day and what I got was very upsetting.No meat really and really nothing on the sandwich itself.Also my husband made very clear...light on the mustard.Thanks Subway. I didn't get to eat much for even a longer time after spending what we had for food that day. Won't be my choice again.
I actually broke down in my car off the freeway and got a ride to the area. Your employees were very nice to let us wait inside for help to arrive. Thank you so much for air conditioning and a place to sit!!
Sakura The assistant manager that works there needs to be retrained. I ordered a 12 inch sandwich online, I didn’t care to double check the bag because I trusted that they double check before they place it in a ready for pick up. When I arrived home I had a 6 inch sandwich. The only thing that she could do was apologize and take responsibility for the mistake given that she was training the person that was preparing the order. I asked to speak to the owner and she refused to give me their information she also refused to give me the store managers name. She stated she would be there tomorrow as well as a store manager, I work as well and don’t have the time of day to go and talk to her about her mistake I contacted corporate and would like to speak to the owner directly if they see this review thank you
we ordered a doordash order to which they told us there was no veggie patty’s which cost us an extra 1.25. had to wait for the order to be made when arrived and made one of the sandwiches completely incorrect. put ranch instead of mayo on sandwich and forget half of the veggies on it. horrible experience
Order online three sandwiches and was supposed to be ready at 535 today I am here to pick up and they just getting to make them . I will choose another store to order from because of there slow service
Mariah (the associate) was awful obviously very lazy. Lazily threw the meat onto the sandwhich and was very short with me and my wife. Will not be using this location again.
Not happy with the service Mariah provided. Seemed like she was in a rush to get me and my husband out of there. We were the only customers in the entire shop.
