Ordered delivery and only got half of the order. Called the store five different times and never got a single answer. Terrible customer service. Would very much want my money back for the items missing but there is no where on the app or DoorDash to complain or make anyone aware of the missing part of orders.
Workers were popping pimples while customers were eating hugging each other more than once. Soda machines had mixed soda Dr pepper or coke mixed with the orange coke was Dr pepper New sandwich description misleading says 2x cheese it's just reqular 2 half slices not extra cheese will never go back to subway on estrella the pimple popping was unacceptable and disgusting in a restaurant?
Ordered pick up. They brought the no bready bowls to the car. No turkey or ham on the bowl and there was pieces of egg that is not included in the bowl ordered. Tried calling store, no answer. Went inside and they have no working phone? Rude worker Adrienne with head wrap was very rude. Unfortunately I will no return. Store manager Tyler will hopefully see this and correct these issues.
Wow we're to start , girl with Long , real Long finger nails had Attitude , All the topping looked Horrible, Flys were everywhere. This place should be shut down . Does the owner even care.
Great experience here. Staff were awesome, got my order done quickly, and correctly, place was clean and I'd come here any time.
Went in a little after 3pm today. Got stared down by one of the girls working behind the counter. Seems I ruined things by coming in. Made it more difficult to give the guy she was flirting with a free meal. He was there first but she wanted to ring me up first to get me out of the store. I decided to stick around and eat in the store...?Mr. Needs to get a job, continued to stall while Miss.I flirt with just about anyone, went on to offer him cookies and chips to go with his footlong sub. Eventually, he got tired of waiting for me to leave and walked out with his free meal. Hopped into a Black truck with the driver waiting for him. Lot of work for a free sub. The employee should probably stop flirting with boys who can't afford a sub sandwich. Just sayin?♀️.
Walked in and walked right out. Work station was filthy. Glass in front of food filthy. I can just imagine what the employees are doing with their filthy hands. Management.... Stop and take a look at your filthy location.
DON'T EVER GO LATE OR BEFORE CLOSING. MY COLD CUT COMBO WAS SO SLOPPY AND THE BREAD WAS SOAKED. THE OWNER SHOULD KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AT THEIR STORE.

They say pictures are worth 1,000,000 I have a hand full of words...this right here is just unprofessional. Had to walk out, first and last time I visit this place.
