We ordered ahead of time and accidentally ordered the wrong thing. When we arrived not to long later we explained that we had made a mistake. The lady who had her also had her AirPods in while we were explaining what had happened which was quite rude said we cant change it because there is a price difference but she didn't even let us say what we wanted to change it to. We only wanted to add two more things and take away 3 of them which wouldn't add any extra cost to the order. There were other employees there who were rudely staring at my 12 year old daughter which made her feel uncomfortable and she asked if they thought something was wrong with her. When we arrived at home we looked in the bag and they didn't give us the two cookies we ordered for my son and daughter. :(
We need to get a veggie Patty sandwich. one of the girls told me that they didn't have any once I got A tuna sandwich that I really didn't want that I really didn't want the girl who was ringing me up tells me that they do have the vegetarian Patty sandwich but they only take out a certain amount A-day and they're hard to Defrost.
This subway place is amazing the workers here are nice and respectful! Specially Billy and Dylan they just helped me on 4 orders and they were fast and they are really good at their job ! You 2 are awesome thank you ?
service: 9/10 honestly, some of the workers in there are very quickly with making the best sandwiches!! Food rating: 10/10 !! It's amazing, the best quality sandwich! Amazing meat, vegetables and more!
I went there today for lunch normally it's good sometimes the bread has been a little hard, but today the girl there I know gave me the last of the meatballs from the bottom the worst meatball sub ever .
Three stars because they play gangster rap -- who does that? No one over 20 years old wants to listen to that while they eat.

Was told that by Skylar that were not allowed to eat in the lobby because it was closed 2 hours before closing hours. Her reasoning was that she already and didn’t want to clean again. The next customers after us were allowed to eat in lobby. She was little to no help to her co-worker as well. Compliments to the young man working the shift with her. His service was great. They had the restrooms locked....guess they don't want to clean them do to COVID-19 (I guess)...had to go to another business to use the facilities! Won't be eating there again!??
