I go to a lord of Starbucks in the PHX area as it keeps me going day to day. This is a new location and always busy which are both good things! Would recommend going here and will keep going here myself!
My husband has gone to this location a few times to continue to give them the benefit of the doubt but they continue to give him a hard time about his drink when he lets them know it was not made correct. It is super simple- 6 shots of espresso, 5 pumps vanilla, splash of whole milk on the side in a trenta cup with light ice.....? That is not a hard one. Just very disappointing, we recently moved and were very excited to have a starbucks close. We will prob go down the street or into our local safeway. Its just disappointing
Every.time I come to this location there are issues. It could be that my drink was wrong, they were out of an ingredient needed for my drink, they don't fill my drink to the top, or any other issue. Ever.time. it's worth it to drive up the road to the location next to Popeyes on Pebble Creek Pkwy.
This is my second time coming here and again the employees are rude as someone who works in a face paced environment if you can't maintain your attitude maybe don't work there??? Idk every time I go they seem irritated that they have to deal with customers.
They literally always make my drink wrong when i come here. Its such a simple drink too (blnd vn latte quad shot extra caramel drizzle) like how do you mess it up every single time. I always go down the street, further drive but at least they know how to make the simplest drink ever.
The customer service here is great ?! They are quick without being rude and are helpful when i am in desire of wanting to try a new drink!
Just went there this morning I ordered a caramel frap, I was driving drinking from it and I felt something In my throat then it turns out I had hair in my mouth then I got home thought I would give it another try and I regret it because i almost swallowed another hair then I dump the drink in a plate to check and I found like 3 more pieces of hair. This is just gross I was choking on a piece of hair while driving.
We love this location because the staff is always quick and friendly at the drive-thru. I am leaving today's review because the drive thru is chained off at 9pm. Their posted hours are open til 10:30pm. I drove 15 minutes to get items for several people and the hours are inaccurate.
Called to verify hours of operation, she said we close at 5pm. Hubby stopped at 4:45 & worker was putting chains on drive thru to close it off. Husband said I thought you closed at 5? Employee ignored him. Hubby went inside and was ignored as well as another customer. I called to complain and all the employee would say,is that they are short staffed due to covid. I said so you ignore customers and close 15 minutes early? Going to Dutch Brothers from now on.
So I wanted a Frappe Peppermint Mocha drink. The server said he never heard of that.
