We will not be coming here ever again.In the past three or four visits, we have had food cooked improperly and/or prepared incorrectly. Why would you put a LEMON in a cherry LIMEADE? It was also FLAT. It's not difficult to remember to add condiments to a hot dog, either. This food costs too much to be so mediocre.
Didn't receive the correct drinks on the receipt. Trying to get someone to fix it, is like pulling a needle out of a haystack. Customer service sucks. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely seek out a different sonic. Or the kids they hire needs to learn how to read.
We ordered several drinks and meals about an hour ago. Everything was great except they gave me the wrong burger for my combo. When I brought the issue up, they fixed it promptly. I was still impressed. Great service and food overall.
Compared to all of the Sonic's that I have been too this one still has some of the same struggling challenges for some time now. The wait times can be ridiculous for the smallest order. This was before the pandemic started so to see that it is still the same even coming to the end of the pandemic is pretty sad. Yes we know that all businesses have been struggling during the pandemic and supply shortages but if you had the issue before and it's still an issue then you need to listen to your customers and make the needed adjustments before it's too late to recover. Overall food quality is ok but not consistent. Sometimes you will get fresh food sometimes you will get luke warm/not hot/not cold food too. Luck of the draw I guess.
Ordered 5 drinks this afternoon. One of the orders was strawberry lemonade. They filled it with a few strawberries and water. Come on, water? We threw it down the drain. I guess it's better than getting spit in your burger. This isn't the first issue we have had with sonic orders. We won't be going back.
Not fine dining, and it took a little long to be served, but my onion rings were hot and delicious. Good experience and I still like the 50s feel of car hops and drive-in food. It was fun.
Awful. I placed an order on 3/13. I got home after a long day and only received half my order. My fault I should have checked before I left. So I come back with my receipt and order I received and give the receipt to a young girl and she offers an upgrade which I didn’t want.. I just wanted my food. I’m then given my order, checked my bag and go home. I get home and open my burger which oh surprise is all wrong :( I get a gross burger with pickles and tomatoes which was on my receipt NO pickles and NO tomatoes. Not only that but my burger was saturated with so much mayonnaise I couldn’t eat it. I thought they would get it right since I gave the young girl my receipt!!!! this place is terrible and they have all young people working here… such a shame since we used to love sonic
Always friendly and happy...I just wish they still had a better value menu but that's not the location's fault. Only problem is that any sort of special order usually ends up a bit strange but definitely recommend this location.
They had s very difficult time correctly their special offering of great day. Slow service and a lonnnng wait to place our order.A math class couldn't hurt because it was simple math, $1.99 x 4 + $3.29 does not equal $14.79
Very pleasant experience! I would rate 10 stars if I could! They were very busy but, the staff was very friendly. Edery, I think that was his name, was super cool and you can tell by his attitude that he takes pride in his work. Keep up the good work.
