Picked up lunch here today and had such great service! I went through the drive through and my order was rather complicated. The employee who helped me was very nice, patient, and accommodating. When there was a misunderstanding she was proactive in confirming the specifics of what I wanted. At the end of my visit, not only was my order perfectly correct, but I felt valued as a customer! Thank you so much for the great experience! I will be back!
We ordered small sandwiches & paid & got medium ones. One sandwich was to be a turkey bacon original & got no bacon. They argued with me that my bread was jalapeno cheese bread but it was sour dough they gave my sandwiches to my hubby. No wonder they do not know their breads. So disappointing.
If I could remember the last time I was at a Schlotzsky's I would say it was as good as I remembered. Nonetheless, the original was yummy and the co-located Cinnabon made the visit worthwhile. Staff was also pretty friendly and funny.
After waiting outside the store for it to open then going through drive through at 10:02 noone ever answered so we left and came back at 10:12 and still noone answered the drive through so I finally called and the person found that noone was answering drive through and hung up on me. My girlfriend patiently placed the order despite the drive through agent having no clue how to actually find the right sandwich and even cursing through the speaker. After multiple failed attempts she thought she had it right and we pulled around only to find the receipt was wrong and when we received our food it was also wrong (all 3 sandwiches had bacon rather than just 2 of them). I went in to get it fixed and Alex who identified himself as the district manager was struggling to understand the order as well but finally got me the missing sandwich then accused me of lying at which point when I tried to show him all of the food to prove their mistake he stormed off.I'll never go back to this location and I'd recommend noone else ever do either.
Got 3 pizzas one was not made correctly..... one was ok.... one was little to cheesey..... 2 turkey sandwichs bread was hard..... 2 Cinnabon they where good ?...... but for 63 dollars why would you wanna cook food correctly for a customer...... not much difference then if I went to subway......
Literally every single time I come here they never have the kind of bread I like. As a former Schlotzsky's manager this is unacceptable. Why offer a choice of bread when you never get to make a choice?! I won't be coming back, so that's yet another customer lost for your location.
I went the other day to try out schlotzskys I wanted to dine in. It was drive through only? They just lost a customer. I went to Denneys instead. People in this area better learn how to open their doors, or they might as well close
This was our first time visiting schlotzsky's for lunch, the turkey club sandwich was very tasty, the loaded potato soup was just okay. The bread that they serve really made the sandwich!!!
Great food, out of napkins but they got a big lot right behind them they can go buy some for us, cashier wasn't attentive to greet, clean
My wife and I love Cinnabon for breakfast on Saturdays. On Saturday-Sunday they are open at 9am. At 9:05am when I go through the drive through they don’t have classic buns ready and it takes another 30 min. I live 30 min away! So a full round trip is 1.5 hrs… no thanks. So half the time I just leave empty handed and get donuts from a mom and pop… Please, you don’t need to have a lot ready when you open, just a couple ready or almost ready when you open would be nice.
